국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 보육교사의 셀프리더십이 문제행동지도전략에 미치는 영향에서 긍정적 행동지원의 매개효과를 검증하는 것이다. 연구의 대상은 서울과 경기도에 위치한 어린이집에 재직 중인 보육교사 189명이고, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 18.0 프로그램을 사용하여 신뢰도 분석, 빈도분석, 상관분석과 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 긍정적 행동지원의 매개효과는 Baron과 Kenny의 3단계 회귀분석과 Sobel Test를 통해 검증 하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 보육교사의 셀프리더십, 긍정적 행동지원과 문제행동지도전 략의 각 변인 간에 정적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 보육교사의 셀프리더십과 긍정적 행동지원은 문제행동지도전략에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 보육교사의 셀프리더십과 문제행동지도전략의 관계에서 긍정적 행동지원은 부분매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 보육교사의 셀프리더 십과 긍정적 행동지원을 증진하기 위한 프로그램 개발 및 효과검증이 이루어지길 제안한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to verify the mediating effect of positive behavior support upon the effect of self-leadership on the teaching strategy for problem behaviors of child care teachers. The subjects in this study are 189 child care teachers working at daycare centers located in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. Collected date are analyzed by using SPSS 18.0 program and reliability analysis, frequency analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression are performed. The mediated effect of positive behavior support is verified through 3-step regression analysis proposed by Baron & Kenny and Sobel test. The results of this study are as follows: First, self-leadership, positive behavior support and teaching strategy for problem behaviors of child care teacher were all positively correlated. Second, child care teacher’s self-leadership and positive behavior support of child care teacher significantly influenced on teaching strategy for problem behaviors. Third, positive behavior support in the relationship between self-leadership and teaching strategy for problem behavior was find to do partial mediation. Based on the results of this study, we suggest that various programs to improve self-leadership and positive behavior of child care teachers support should be developed, and effects of those programs should be verified.
