체육 수업 소외 현상 개선에 대한 교사의 실천적 지식 연구

국문 초록

이 연구는 체육 수업 소외 현상을 개선하기 위한 교사의 실천적 지식을 탐구하는 것이다. 이 연구의 주된 자료는 G도 Y시에서 근무하고 있는 4명의 중학교 체육교사와 심층 면담을 통해 수집하였고, 보조 자료는 수업 관찰과 각종 문서를 활용하였다. 수집된 자료는 귀납적 범주 분석과 원인 연쇄 분석 방법을 이용하여 분석하였으며, 연구 기간은 2014년 7월부터 2015년 7월까지 이루어졌다. 연구 결과, 체육 수업 소외 현상을 개선하기 위한 교사의 실천적 지식의 내용을 살펴보면, 먼저, 교과내용지식은 ‘대학 전공교육’, ‘체육 교과연구회’, ‘체육 직무연수’로 분류되었다. 둘째, 교육과정지식은 ‘이해 : 교육과정의 적용’, ‘실천 : 경험에만 의존’, ‘재구성 : 매뉴얼 개발 및 정보 공유’로 구분되었다. 셋째, 교수학습지식은 ‘효과적 수업 조직’, ‘수준별 수업 운영’, ‘다양한 방법 적용’, ‘다양한 평가 활용’으로 유형화되었다. 넷째, 교사 자신에 대한 지식은 ‘반성 : 준비하는 교사’, ‘개선 : 연구하는 교사’, ‘포용 : 따뜻한 교사’로 분석되었다. 다섯째, 교수학습환경지식은 ‘물리적 환경 : 효과적 수업 환경 조성’, ‘사회적 환경 : 이해와 소통의 제고’로 해석되었다. 이와 같은 결과는 체육교사의 실천적 지식이 수업 소외 현상을 개선할 수 있다는 가능성을 시사해 준 것에 의의를 지닌다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to explore the practical knowledge of teachers to improve physical education class alienation phenomenon. The main data for this study was collected through in-depth interviews with four middle school physical education teachers working in Y-city G-do, and classroom observation and other documents were utilized for secondary data. The collected data was analyzed using the inductive categorical system and causal chain analysis method and the research was conducted from July 2014 to July 2015. Research finding, if we look into the content of practical knowledge of teachers who tries to improve the alienation from physical education class, first, the knowledge of subject matter is categorized as ‘University major physical education’, ‘Physical education academics research committee’, ‘Physical education task training’. Second, the knowledge of curriculum was divided into ‘Understanding : application of the revised curriculum’, ‘Action : relays only on experience’, ‘Re-construction : manual development and information sharing’. Third, the knowledge of instruction is sorted as ‘Efficient class organization’, ‘Class operation due to level’, ‘Various methods application’, ‘Various evaluation utilization’. Fourth, the knowledge of the teacher oneself is analyzed as ‘Reflection : teachers prepared’, ‘Improvement : studying teachers’, ‘Comprehension : kind teacher’. Fifth, the knowledge of the milieu of schooling is interpreted as ‘Physical environment : forming efficient class environment’, ‘Social environment : enhancing understanding and communication’. These results have the meaning in suggesting the possibility that the practical knowledge of physical education teachers can improve the class alienation phenomenon.
