국문 초록

급변하는 비즈니스 환경 변화에 따라 창업동아리팀 조직의 경쟁력 확보를 위해 리더자의 변혁적 리더십이 조직구성원의 사업화역량에 어떠한 영향을 주는지에 관한 연구의 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 특히 조직구성원의 잠재력을 최대한으로 발휘하게 하는 변혁적 리더십의 역할이 중요하다. 본 연구는 창업동아리 팀장의 변혁적 리더십이 팀원의 사업화 역량에 미치는 효과와 두 변수간의 관계에서 팀웍의 매개효과를 실증적으로 분석한 것이다. 이에 따른 자료를 2015년 10월 전국 4년제 대학교에 창업동아리 500명을 대상으로 배부한 설문지중 총 430명의 자료를 최종 분석에 활용하였다. 변혁적 리더십과 사업화역량 간의 관계를 실증적으로 규명하였다. 검증결과 변혁적 리더십은 팀원의 사업화역량에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 변혁적 리더십과 사업화역량에 대한 팀웍의 긍정적인 매개효과를 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 분석결과를 통해 창업동아리 팀장의 변혁적 리더십이 팀웍을 높이고 이를 통해 팀원의 사업화역량에 도움이 되는 긍정적인 효과가 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.

영문 초록

There is a need to study what transforming leadership of the leader affects to the commercialization capability for retaining the competitiveness of the start-up club according to a rapidly changing environment. Especially, the role of transforming leadership that makes organizational members demonstrate their own potential power to the extreme is important. This study empirically analyzed what transforming leadership of a team leader of the start-up club affects to the commercialization capability of the team members and mediating effect of the teamwork in the relationship between two variables. We used the data of 430/500 questionnaires that were distributed to the start-up club in the universities of the whole country in October, 2015 for the final analysis. We empirically investigated the relationship between transforming leadership and commercialization capability. As a result of verification, it is appeared that transforming leadership affects positively to the commercialization of teamwork, and we could confirm the positive mediating effect of teamwork for transforming leadership and commercialization capability. We could confirm that there is a positive effect that transforming leadership of the start-up club team leader fortifies the teamwork and it helps to the commercialization capability through analyzing the data.
