초·중등교사의 체육교수역량에 대한 인식 비교

국문 초록

본 연구는 초·중등 교사가 인식하는 체육교수역량의 요인을 구명하고, 체육교수 역량 요인들에 대한 인식을 비교ㆍ분석하는데 목적이 있다. 체육 교수역량요인을 구성하기 위해 국내외의 선행연구들을 분석하였고, 스포츠교육학 교수 2명, 현직 초등교사 3명, 중등교사 3명이 체육교수역량의 구성 과정에 참여하였다. 연구조사 기간은 2015년 3월부터 7월까지였다. 연구결과 체육교수역량은 체육교과지식, 체육 교수 설계 및 개발 능력, 체육 수업운영 및 평가 등 4개 영역 22개의 하위요소를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 이들 체육교수역량의 중요도에 인식을 비교한 결과 초등교사와 중등교사 모두 체육교수역량에 대해 중요하다고 인식하였으나, 하위요인에는 부분적인 차이가 있었다. 체육교수역량의 실현성에 대한 인식을 비교한 결과 잘할 수 있는 체육교수역량에는 차이가 없었으나 부족한 체육교수역량에는 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to draw, components of PE teaching competencies and comparing and analyzing the thoughts of elementary school teachers and middle school PE teachers. To draw the constituents of PE teaching competencies, related literature reviews and four specialists in sport pedagogy and three elementary school teachers and three middle school PE teachers joined in drawing of PE teaching competencies. As a result of this study, there are four components such as I) Ability to use PE content knowledge ii) Ability to design and develop PE instructional iii) Ability to use teaching methods and, iv) PE class management and evaluation, followed by 22 subcomponents. The research shows that both elementary school teacher and middle school PE teacher thought that the PE teaching competencies which are drawn from this study are important and there is significant difference. The result of comparing the two group s thoughts about practicing PE teaching competencies, there is no meaningful difference in well of PE teaching competencies, but there is significant difference in lack of PE teaching competencies.
