학교 성교육 표준안 연수에 대한 교사들의 인식과 요구도 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 학교 성교육 표준안에 대한 교사들의 인식과 효율적인 연수과정의 운영에 대한 교사들의 요구가 무엇인지를 파악하는데 목적을 두고 자작 질문지를 사용하여 온라인(WEB) 방법을 활용하여 학교 성교육 연구학교로 지정된 전국의 초·중·고등학교 교원을 대상으로 실시한 연구이다. 조사결과 교사들은 학교 성교육 표준안에 대한 연수가 반드시 필요하고, 연수기회를 확대해 줄 것을 요구하였다. 또한 성교육을 활성화시키기 위해서는 다양한 교수 학습방법의 개발 보급과 학교의 특성에 따른 다양한 연수과정을 개설해 줄 것을 희망하였으며, 현장성이 높은 연수강좌의 운영과 성교육 시간의 확보 문제를 해결해 줄 것을 요구하였다. 뿐만 아니라 학교 현장의 교사들은 학교 성교육 표준안의 활성화를 위해서는 교사연수가 반드시 필요하며, 학교의 특성을 반영한 연수과정의 개설과 운영을 요구하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to find out how much teachers have recognized the standard for school sex education and what they demand for the operation of any efficient training. This study with the objects of the teachers of elementary, middle and high schools which are appointed for School Sex Education Research is a descriptive research study. For this study, WEB was used along with questionnaires and for data analysis PASW STATISTICS 18 was employed. The research has revealed that the teachers think the training for School Sex Education Standard indispensible while asking for enlarging the opportunities for training. In addition, they hoped for the opening of various training courses corresponding to the traits of each school and the developing and diffusing of diverse teaching and learning methods, and at the same time they demanded training courses be operated with high realism and that sex education time should be secured. For the activation of School Sex Education Standard, the training of teachers and the training course reflecting the trains of each school are indispensible. It was found that the toughest difficulty in conducting sex education in schools is to secure the time needed for it and the biggest problem existing in instructing process is those misconceptions on sexual knowledge.
