국내 주요 과학 교육 학술지의 정의적 영역 연구 동향

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 지난 30여 년 간 과학 교육에서 정의적 영역과 관련하여 이루어진 국내 연구를 다양한 측면에서 분석했다. 분석 대상은 과학 교육 학술지 중 한국과학 교육학회지와 초등과학교육에서 2014년 마지막 호까지 발간된 논문 중 정의적 영역 을 명시적/암묵적으로 제시한 820개의 논문이다. 선정된 논문을 대상으로 정의적 영 역의 제시 범주와 경향, 연구 대상, 자료 수집 방법, 연구 분야, 정의적 영역 요소를 기준으로 연구의 전반적인 흐름을 파악했다. 분석 결과 전체적으로 명시적 제시의 비율이 암묵적 제시보다 약 6배 정도 높았으며, 학교급이 올라갈수록 정의적 측면의 연구 비율이 감소했다. 자료 수집 방법의 경우 양적 연구가 질적 연구보다 활발하게 이루어졌고, 정의적 영역 요소 중 과학 학습에 대한 태도 관련 연구 비율이 가장 높 았다. 연도별 추이를 살펴보면 명시적/암묵적 제시 비율과 질적 연구와 혼합 연구의 비율의 증가가 두드러졌으며, 연구 분야가 보다 다양화 되었다. 전반적으로 과학에 대한 태도 연구의 감소에 비하여 과학 학습에 대한 태도, 교수 관련 태도의 증가가 나타났다. 끝으로 다양한 각도에서 조명한 총체적인 분석 결과를 바탕으로 향후 과 학 교육에서의 정의적 영역 관련 연구에 대한 시사점을 제시했다.

영문 초록

This study analyzed domestic studies related the science related attitude in science education over the past 30 years in various aspects. We analyzed explicitly/implicitly presented 820 papers published in Journal of the Korean Association for Research in Science Education and Journal of Korean Elementary Science Education as of until the last volume of 2014. And we grasped the overall flow based on proposed scope, trends of the science related attitude, the object of study, research methods, research areas, factors science related attitude. Result of analysis shows that the proportion of the explicit presentation was about six times higher than the implicit presented and science related attitude research ratio decreased as the school level increases. For research methods, quantitative research was done more than qualitative research. Research ratio of attitude towards science learning is the highest among factors of science related attitude. Looking at the trend by year, explicit/implicit proposed rate and the proportion of qualitative studies have significantly increased and areas of research has been more diversified. Generally, attitudes toward learning science and attitudes related in science teaching increased than the reduction in the attitude of the scientific research. This research provided the implications for future research in the science related attitude related to science education based on the overall results illuminated from different perspectives.
