초등 예비교사의 체육수업 전문성 제고를 위한 수업모형 중심의 수업비평

국문 초록

본 연구는 수업모형 중심의 수업비평 방식으로 초등 예비교사들의 체육수업 을 탐구하는데 있다. 이를 SWOT기법으로 분석한 결과 강점(S)은 수업모형에 대한 이해의 폭이 확대되었고, 교사와 학생 역할에 대한 경험으로 체육수업에 대한 이해가 심화되었으며, 창의․인성교육을 경험하였고, 안전교육을 강조하 게 되었다. 약점(W)은 예비교사와 초등학생 간의 눈높이 차가 존재하였고, 수 업 및 학생을 관리하는 노하우가 부족하였으며, 현장 수업 경험의 부족으로 수 업활동에 대한 이해가 부족하였고, 경쟁활동을 선호하는 점이다. 기회(O)는 체 육수업에 대한 교육적 감식안이 향상되었고, 체육수업의 다양성을 체험한 점, 이를 통한 반성적 사고력을 증진시킬 수 있었다. 위협(T)은 수업자 선정을 비 민주적으로 한 점과 연출된 수업에 대한 회의, 학생중심 수업에 대한 오해 등 이 있었다. 이를 통한 교육적 의미로는 다양한 사전경험을 통해서 현장 체육수 업에 대한 두려움을 해소할 수 있게 된 점, 경험과 이해 부족을 통해 반성적 사고력이 증진된 점, 개인주의적 수업문화 개선에 대한 체험을 한 점이다.

영문 초록

This research aims at examining the P.E. classes of pre-service elementary school teachers with relatively less opportunities to improve their teaching professionalism in an instructional models based instructional criticism methodology. Then analyzed through SWOT. As the study result, the strengths(S) were found to be that their understanding of instructional models became broader, that of P.E. class became deeper through their experiences of putting themselves in other s shoes regarding the roles of teachers and students, they experienced creative and character education, and they came to emphasize safety education. The weaknesses(W) were proved to be the gap in the viewpoints of the pre-service elementary school teachers and those playing the roles of elementary school students, the lack of know-how about the management of class activities and students, and above all, the poor understanding of class activities due to their insufficient experiences of the filed and teaching, and their preference to competitive activities. As for the opportunities(O), their educationally discerning eyes for P.E. class were enhanced, they could experience the diversity of P.E. lessons, and through this, they could improve their reflective thinking that teachers should be equipped with. The threats(T) were the undemocratic selection of those to give lessons, skepticism about directed lessons, and misunderstanding about student-centered class, and etc. With regard to the educational effects, the subjects became able to dissolve their fear for P.E. class on the field through various prior experiences, their reflective thinking ability improved through their experiences of lessons and insufficient understanding, and they experienced the enhancement of individualistic teaching culture.
