사범계 대학생의 진로정체감 향상을 위한 집단상담 프로그램 개발

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 사범계 대학생의 진로정체감 향상을 위한 집단상담 프로그램을 개발하고 효과성을 검증하는 데 있다. 연구의 대상은 충청북도에 소재한 사범계열 대학생이다. 프로그램 참여를 희망하는 사범계 대학생 20명을 선정하여 각 10명씩 실험집단과 통제집단으로 구성하였다. 집단상담 프로그램은 박인우(1995)의 상담프 로그램 개발 모형을 바탕으로 총 10회기를 구안하여, 주 2회씩 실시하였다. 효과성 검증을 위해 검사 도구는 김신정, 김성회(2012)가 개발한 대학생용 진로정체감 척도 를 사용하였으며 자료는 혼합변량분석(Mixed ANOVA)으로 처리하여 통계 결과를 분석하였고, 양적 연구의 한계를 보완하기 위해 집단원의 경험보고서와 연구자의 관 찰내용을 분석하여 제시하였다. 본 연구를 통해 도출된 결과는 첫째, 사범계 대학생 의 진로정체감 향상을 위한 집단상담 프로그램에 참여한 실험집단의 진로정체감은 통제집단의 진로정체감 보다 유의미한 향상을 보였다. 둘째, 진로정체감의 하위요인 별(인지, 정서, 행동) 분석 결과, 모든 영역에서 실험집단이 통제집단 보다 유의미한 증진을 보였다. 셋째, 집단원들의 경험보고서와 연구자의 관찰 내용을 분석한 결과, 본 프로그램이 진로정체감 향상에 도움을 준 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to develop of group counseling program to improve career identity for College of Education Students and test its effect on their career identity. For this research, 20 Students of College of Education located in Choongcheongbuk-do who wanted to participated in th program were chosen. They were devided into two group; 10 students in the experimental group and the other 10 in the control group. This program is based on consultation program development model by Park In-U(1995). This implementation of program was conducted for a total of 10 sessions, two times per week. In the program evaluation The Career Identity Scale for College Students(Kim & Kim, 2012) was used as a measuring instrument to test the effects of the this program. To complement the limitation of reliability in quantitative study, the experience reports of the program participants and the observational data from the counselor were also analyzed and the results were presented. The results obtained from this study are as follows: First, there was significant difference in the change of the career identity between the exporimental group that participated in the program and those who did not. Second, the results from the analysis of the sub-scales(career-identity cognition, career-identity emotion, career-identity behavior), all factors of the exporimental group were significantly different from the control group. Third, from the result of the analysis of the students’ experience reports and the counselor’s observations, it can be stated that this program had positive impact on improving of the career identity.
