대학생의 심리적 진로장벽이 진로준비행동과 진로적응유연성에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 대학생이 진로장면에서 지각하는 심리적 진로장벽과 진로준비행동 및 진로적응유연성의 관계에 대해 밝히고자 하였으며, 한국고용정보원이 2017년에 시작하여 현재까지 연구 진행 중인 종단 패널 공개 자료를 이용하였다. 분석자료는 전국의 대학생 1,970명을 대상으로 실시한 설문조사를 활용하였으며. 청년패널의 통합설문지 중에서 본 연구에 해당되는 문항들을 검토한 후 기존 검사도구의 하위요인들과 비교하여 그 적합성을 살펴보았다. 해당 자료를 검토 후 이를 바탕으로 심리적 진로장벽, 진로준비행동, 진로적응유연성 검사에 대해 신뢰도 분석을 실시하였으며, 각각 변인별로 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 대학생이 지각한 심리적 진로장벽은 진로준비행동과 진로적응유연성에 부적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 지각한 심리적 진로장벽이 높을수록 진로준비행동수준과 진로적응유연성 수준이 낮아지는 것으로 나타났다. 성별 분석 결과로는, 여학생이 남학생에 비해 진로준비행동과 진로적응유연성에 심리적 진로장벽의 영향을 더 많이 받는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 대학생의 심리적 진로장벽의 하위요인별로 면밀히 탐색하여 진로준비행동을 촉진하고 진로적응유연성의 수준을 향상시킬 수 있는 진로전문가의 미시적 접근이 필요하다고 보여진다. 대학생의 진로교육과 진로상담 현장에서는 개인의 특성을 잘 고려한 맞춤형 진로개입 접근과 효율적인 진로역량 강화 조력이 필요함을 제언하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of psychological career barriers perceived by college students on career preparation behavior and career resilience. For this purpose, used the youth panel survey data provided by the Korea Employment Information service in January 2017. This is a longitudinal study that began in 2007 and is underway. The subjects of the study were 1,970 university students nationwide. Among the integrated questionnaires, questions appropriate to the variables used in this study were extracted, reliability and regression analysis were conducted. As a result of gender analysis, it was found that female students were more affected by psychological career barriers perceived to caree preperation behavior and career resilience. than male students. Based on the results of this study, Explain the sub-factors of psycholigical career barriers of college students in detail and promote career behaviors. Also, a micro approach is needed by professionals to activate the level of career resilience. In the case of career counseling and career guidance for college students in colleges and career education institutions, it is suggested that a differentiated customized counseling approach and an efficient career capacity enhancement aid are needed to reflect the results of this study.
