보육교사양성교육에서의 좋은 수업에 대한 예비보육교사의 인식-IPA 기법을 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구는 대학 보육교사양성교육에서의 좋은 수업에 대한 예비보육교사의 인식을 IPA 분석을 통해 알아봄으로써 보육교사양성교육의 수업개선을 위한 시사점을 제공하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 G시에 소재한 4년제 대학교 보육관련학과에 재학 중인 예비보육교사 117명을 대상으로 2016년 10월 첫째 주에서 셋째 주에 걸쳐 설문조사를 실시하고 그 결과를 분석하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 보육교사양성교육에서의 좋은 수업에 대한 예비보육교사의 인식은 전체적으로 중요도에 비해 실행도가 낮았으며, 하위요소별로는 교수태도 및 성향, 수업운영, 수업목표, 교수방법, 수업방향의 순으로 중요도와 실행도가 나타났다. 둘째, IPA 매트릭스를 통한 좋은 수업에 대한 예비보육교사의 중요도와 실행도 차이를 알아본 결과, 중요도는 높으나 실행도가 낮아 집중적인 관리가 필요한 하위영역은 수업목표로 나타났으며, 교수태도 및 성향과 수업운영 영역은 지속유지 영역으로, 수업방향과 교수방법은 중요도와 실행도가 모두 낮은 우선순위 영역으로 분석되었다. 이러한 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 예비보육교사교육에서의 수업의 질 향상을 위한 방안에 대해 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to identify the pre-service child care teachers’ perceptions on the good teaching in pre-service education of university. We surveyed importance and performance level on the good teaching in pre-service education, and analysed the difference between the importance and performance score of the pre-service child care teachers on the good teaching. The participants of this study were 117 pre-service child care teachers in university, G city. The data were analysed by the paired t-test and importance-performance analysis(APA). The findings of this study were as follows: First, the instructor s attitude and style among the five dimensions characteristics of good teaching was the highest importance and performance score, and the following was the order lesson management , instruction objectives , instruction method , direction of instruction . Additionally, in all five dimensions, there were significant differences between the importance score and performance score of pre-service child care teachers on the good teaching. Second, according to IPA, there were the lesson management and the instructor s attitude and style in keep up the good work area(Ⅰarea), and the instruction objectives in the concentrate here area(Ⅱarea), and the direction of instruction and the instruction method in low priority area(Ⅲarea). We discussed the improvement direction and the applications on quality of instruction of pre-service child care teacher education in university.
