국문 초록

주방은 수천 년간의 발전과 변화를 경험하였으며, 사회적, 경제적 변화와 문화 발전의 증거이자 축소판이다. 21세기에 이르러 중국의 현대 주방 디자인은 큰 변화를 겪었다. 지난 20년간의 중국의 주방 디자인 연구 현황과 발전 추세를 명확히 하기 위해, 3대 중국어 데이터베이스를 데이터 소스로 사용하고, ‘CiteSpace V’ 시각화 분석 도구를 사용하여 906개의 핵심 문헌에 대한 과학적 지식을 매핑하였다. 2000년부터 2023년까지 발행된 문헌의 수, 연구 기관, 연구 저자 및 키워드를 분석하고, 연구 개요와 동향을 정리하였다. 과거에는 연구 내용이 캐비닛 디자인에서 작업자의 행동 연구로, 연구 대상이 광범위한 사용자 그룹에서 특정 특수 그룹으로, 피상적 차원의 감각 디자인 최적화에서 본질적 차원의 공간 윤리의 깊이로 바뀌었다. 주방 디자인 분야의 연구 특성을 탐구하고, 미래의 중국 주방의 공간 시나리오, 기술 기반 디자인 및 세분화 된 사용자 그룹에 대한 심층적인 연구를 통해 향후 중국 주방 발전전망을 제시한다.

영문 초록

Kitchen has experienced thousands of years of development and change, is the witness and epitome of social and economic metamorphosis and cultural development. 21st century, China's modern kitchen design has undergone a great transformation, in order to clarify the current situation and development trend of kitchen design research in China over the past 20 years, the literature of three Chinese databases was used as the data source, and Cite Space V metrological visual analysis tool was used to map the scientific knowledge of 906 key literature. The scientific knowledge map was drawn. We analysed the publication volume, research institutions, research authors and keywords of the literature from 2000 to 2023, and sorted out the research profiles and trends. Research content from the cabinet design and cabinet design to the study of the behaviour of workers, the object of research from a wide range of people to focus on specific groups of special groups, from the surface layer of sensory design optimization to the essence of the layer of space within the depth of the ethical, the future development trend of the kitchen to become the focus of the direction of the study will be to the space scenarios, science and technology-enabled design, the use of the population segments and other perspectives will continue to be explored in-depth.
