국문 초록

도시화의 가속화와 가족구조의 변화에 따라 Kid Zone 커뮤니티 공간은 도시와 커뮤니티를 연결하는 중요한 장소로서 도시 계획과 커뮤니티 발전의 핵심 이슈가 되고 있다. 본 논문의 연구 목적은 체화된 인지 이론을 바탕으로 공간을 매개체로 전통 Kid Zone 커뮤니티 공간 특성을 어린이의 건강한 심신 발달과 결부시켜 분석하였다. 연구 방법은 체화된 인지 이론 특성을 바탕으로 샤먼(厦门) 지역의 전통 Kid Zone 커뮤니티 공간에 대해 현장 조사를 수행한 후 기준에 부합하는 두 개의 커뮤니티를 선정하여 사례 분석을 진행한다. 결론은 체화된 인지 공간 특성 관점으로 체화성, 경험성, 착근성의 세 가지 수준에서 Kid Zone 커뮤니티를 활성화하고 개선할 수 있다.

영문 초록

With the acceleration of urbanization and changes in family structures, Kid Zone community spaces have become crucial places connecting urban areas and communities, making them key issues in urban planning and community development. The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of traditional Kid Zone community spaces as mediators for the healthy physical and mental development of children, based on the theory of embodied cognition. The research method involves conducting field investigations on traditional Kid Zone community spaces in the Xiamen region, followed by a case analysis of two selected communities that meet the criteria. The conclusion is that Kid Zone communities can be activated and improved from the perspective of embodied cognition space characteristics at three levels: embodiment, experience, and embeddedness.
