국문 초록

도시화가 가속됨에 따라, 도심의 산업 시설은 점차 유휴화되고 있으며, 이러한 공간을 어떻게 효과적으로 활용할지는 도시 계획 및 개발의 중요한 과제가 되었다. 본 논문은 문화 창조 산업을 핵심으로 하고 유휴 산업 공간의 개조를 배경으로 하여, 문화 창조 산업이 도심 유휴 산업 공간의 재생 디자인 특성에 미치는 영향을 탐구한다. 본 논문은 먼저 유휴 산업 시설을 정의하고, 시간성, 접근성, 융통성, 가소성 네 가지 특성을 요약한다. 이어서 문화 창조 산업의 개념을 명확히 하고 그 특성을 문화다양성, 독특성, 창의성, 집합성으로 요약한다. 그 후 재생 디자인된 공간의 분류를 정리하고, 예술 전시 공간, 상업 공간, 공공 공간, 휴식 공간으로 요약한다. 위의 내용을 바탕으로 도심 유휴삵업 공간의 문화 창조 산업 재생 디자인 특성에 대한 연구를 수행하고, 상징성, 다목적성, 전문성, 참여성 네 가지 특성을 요약하며, 798 공업단지, 성수동 등의 개조 프로젝트와 함께 분석한다. 마지막으로, 원래의 산업 역사 요소를 더하고, 상호 작용 디자인과 같은 인터랙티브 시설을 추가하여 더 깊은 몰입감을 제공하고, 산업 환경을 개선하고 보조금을 증가시키는 등의 대상적인 제안을 제시하며, 더 많은 유휴 산업 공간이 문화 창조 산업의 힘을 통해 활기찬 개조 프로젝트로 변모하기를 기대한다.

영문 초록

This article first defines idle industrial facilities, summarizing their characteristics as temporal, accessible, flexible, and malleable. It then elaborates on the concept of the cultural and creative industries, highlighting their features as cultural diversity, uniqueness, creativity, and concentration. Subsequently, the paper categorizes spaces redesigned for regeneration, classifying them as art exhibition spaces, commercial spaces, public spaces, and social and resting spaces. Based on this framework, the study explores the design features of cultural and creative industries in regenerating idle industrial spaces in city centers, identifying four key traits: symbolic, multipurpose, specialized, and participatory. The analysis includes case studies of transformation projects like the 798 Art Zone and Seongsu-dong, concluding with targeted recommendations such as enhancing original industrial historical elements, adding interactive designs to provide a deeper immersive experience, and improving the industrial environment with increased subsidies. The aim is to foster the transformation of more idle industrial spaces into vibrant redevelopment projects through the power of cultural and creative industries.
