국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 진로진학활동과 자기주도학습역량 및 학업적 자기효능감 간의 구조적 관계를 파악하고 관련 변인 간 적실성 있는 시사점을 살피는데 목적이 있다. 방법 이를 위해 부산교육종단연구(BELS)의 1차년도(2016년) 중학생 3,038명의 데이터를 분석에 활용하였으며 학업적 자기효능감을 종속변인으로, 진로진학활동을 독립변인으로 그리고 자기주도학습역량을 매개변인으로 연구 모형을 설정하고 SPSS 23.0과 AMOS 26.0을 사용하여 기술통계 분석, 상관관계 분석 및 구조방정식모형(Structural Equation Model) 분석을 실시하였다. 결과 첫째, 진로진학활동은 자기주도학습역량에 정적인 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 자기주도학습역량은 학업적 자기효능감에 정적인 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 진로진학활동은 자기주도학습역량을 매개로 학업적 자기효능감에 정적인 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 분석 결과를 바탕으로 한 제언은 다음과 같다. 학생들의 진로진학활동을 강화하고, 진로진학활동을 위한 도움을 원활히 제공할 수 있도록 정책적 지원이 필요하다. 또한 학생의 자기주도학습역량을 길러주기 위한 프로그램 마련 등이 필요하다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to investigate the structural relationship between career advancement activities, self-directed learning competency, and academic self-efficacy and to examine the appropriate implications among related variables. Methods For this purpose, data of 3,038 middle school students in the first year (2016) of the Busan Education Longitudinal Study (BELS) were used for analysis, and a research model was set up with academic self-efficacy as a dependent variable, career advancement activities as an independent variable, and self-directed learning competency as a mediating variable, and descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis, and Structural Equation Model analysis were conducted using SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 26.0. Results First, career advancement activities had a positive effect on self-directed learning competency. Second, self-directed learning competency has a positive effect on academic self-efficacy Third, career advancement activities have a positive effect on academic self-efficacy through self-directed learning competency. Conclusions Suggestions based on the results of the analysis are as follows. It was also suggested that policy support is needed to strengthen students' career advancement activities and provide help for career advancement activities, and that programs should be prepared to foster students' self-directed learning abilities.
