국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 예비유아교사들이 2019 개정 누리과정 및 현장지원자료에 대해 어떤 관점을 가지고 있으며, 실제 어떻게 활용하는지 알아보고자 하는 연구이다. 방법 이를 위해 예비유아교사 42명을 대상으로 선다형 및 서술형 문항으로 구성된 설문조사 및 심층면담을 실시하였으며, 그 외 다양한 질적 자료들을 분석하였다. 결과 연구결과 예비유아교사들은 2019 개정 누리과정을 교육상황에 따라 수정⋅보완하여 재구성해야 한다는 관점을, 현장지원자료는 신뢰할 수 있는 자료이며 수업설계 전반에 대한 방향을 제공한다는 관점을 가장 많이 취하는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 2019 개정 누리과정 현장지원자료의 활용은 수정하여 사용, 완전 재구성하여 사용, 일부분 그대로 사용, 전체를 그대로 사용 순으로 나타났다. 결론 본 연구결과를 토대로 2019 개정 누리과정 및 이의 실행을 돕기 위해 개발된 현장지원자료의 활용을 중심으로 예비교사교육 방안에 대하여 논의하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study aims to identify the perspectives of early childhood educator candidates regarding the 2019 revised Nuri Curriculum and its on-site support resources, in addition to how it is being implemented in reality. Methods In addition to analyzing various measures of qualitative data, 42 early childhood educators candidates were enlisted and were administered with a questionnaire comprising of both multiple-choice and open-ended questions, coupled with an in-depth interview. Results The results indicate: that a majority of early childhood educator candidates felt the need to restructure, to revise, and to supplement the 2019 revised Nuri Curriculum according to different educational situations; that the provision of on-site support resources must be viable; and that an overall direction on instructional planning provided is needed. In addition, and in regard to how prospective early childhood educators utilized the on-site support resources for the revised curriculum, the proportions are as follows (in descending order): used after amendments; completely restructured and used; partially used as is; and used it completely as is. Conclusions Based on the results of this study, the 2019 revised Nuri Curriculum, and the usage of the on-site support resources developed to help supplement the program, were used as the basis for the discussion concerning measures for early childhood education.
