전공 수행 기반 교수학습 설계모형 개발

국문 초록

목적 본 연구의 목적은 전공 수행기반 (Major Performance learning, MPL) 수업의 정의를 확립하고, 현재 대학생들에게 필요한 실질적인 전공 수행 역량을 키우기 위한 교수학습 설계모형을 구성한 후 각 전공 수업에 적합한 교과목으로 개발하는 데 있다. 방법 연구 방법으로는 관련 논문이나 웹사이트, 그리고 연구 관련 교과목 교수들, 창업지원센터에 입주한 기업인, 대학교 재학생/졸업생 등을 대상으로 인터뷰 형식으로 자료를 수집하였다. 특히 기존의 전공 수업방식에 대한 분석을 통하여 학생들에게 요구되는 학습 목표 및 학습개요를 구성하여 MPL 수업 모델을 구축하였다. MPL 수업에 참여한 모든 학생이 전공 수행 경험에 참여할 수 있는 것은 아니지만 대부분의 수업은 기본적인 전공 수행 요소를 가르치도록 구성되어 있으며, 전공 수행 진행 방법은 전공 수행 미션의 관찰에 의해서만 학습되는 것이 아니라, 가르치고, 연습하고, 비평을 통해서 습득할 수 있다. 결과 본 연구에서 개발한 MPL 수업은 MPL I과 MPL II의 교육과정으로 구성되어 있다. 전공 수행 역량을 위한 기본지식 배양에 집중되어있는 전공 이론 교육과정(MPL I)과 전공 관련 수행성과를 위한 실제적인 전공 수행주제를 선정하고 문제 해결 후 수행 결과 바탕으로 그 성과를 얻어내는 전공 수행 역량 교육과정(MPL II)으로 진행하여 MPL 교육모형을 구성하였다. 본 MPL 수업을 통해 전공 관련 기본이론과 연구역량을 습득하는 것은 물론, 실질적인 전공 수행 문제를 설정하여 결과를 도출하기 위해 전공 수행의 기본 과정인 과학적 아이디어 도출, 연구 결과의 분석 방법, 전공 수행 노트 작성법, 전공 수행과정에서 지켜야 하는 윤리 규정 등을 배우게 된다. 그리고, 이러한 전공 수행의 결과로 실제 가시적인 수행실적인 학술논문 작성법 및 학회 학술발표, 특허의 이해, 및 산학연계(Start-Up) 자문 결과를 도출하게 된다. 결론 대학교육에서는 다가오고 있는 4차 산업 혁명 시대에 적합한 인재 양성이 절실히 필요한 시점이다. 따라서, 전공 이론 및 연구역량을 습득한 학생들이 하나의 전공주제로 수행 결과를 도출하여 한편으로는 지역사회에 봉사하는 기회를 제공하고, 더불어 수업 과정에서 진행된 수행 결과를 가시적인 실적(학술논문, 학술발표, 특허 및 기업 자문 역할 등)으로 남을 수 있도록 하는 MPL 교과목의 모델을 제시하고자 하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives In this study, we establish the definition of Major Performance Learning (MPL) classes and develop subjects suitable for major class while a teaching and learning design model is constructed to learn the practical major performance competencies currently required for college students. Methods As a research method, data were collected in the form of interviews with related papers, websites, research related subject professors, entrepreneurs who moved into the start-up support center, university students, and graduates. In particular, the MPL teaching model composed of the learning goals and the overviews required by students, was constructed through the analysis of the existing major teaching method. Results The MPL education model had two curriculums (MPL I and II). MPL I was the major theory curriculum focused on culturing basic knowledge for major performance competency while MPL II was the practical major performance curriculum obtaining results based on the performance after solving the topic problem. Through this MPL class, you will learn not only basic theory and research competency related to your major, but also derive scientific ideas, analysis methods of research results, how to write major notes, and ethical regulations to follow in the major performance process. In addition, the actual visible academic papers writing methods and academic presentations, understanding patents, and industry-academic linkage (Start-Up) advice are derived as a result of performing the projects related major. Conclusions At the present, It is necessary to cultivate talent in the eduction of university, suitable for the era of the 4th industrial revolution. Therefore, a teaching model of MPL composed of major theories and research capabilities to serve the community and to obtain visible performance results related major such as academic papers, academic presentations, patents, corporate advisory roles, and so on.
