국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 집단미술치료가 특수학급 청소년의 자기탐색 및 또래관계기술 향상에 긍정적 변화로 나타나는지 탐색하는 데 목적이 있다. 방법 본 연구의 집단미술치료는 경기도 P 중학교 특수학급에 재학 중인 청소년 2명을 대상으로 2021년 4월 2일부터 7월 9일까지 주 1회 200분, 총 14회기로 진행하였다. 연구자료 수집 및 분석은 기관 담당자의 보고 및 면담자료, 치료사의 회기평가 및 관찰일지, 사전⋅사후 KSD 그림검사를 질적으로 분석하여 결과를 도출하였다. 결과 이를 통한 결과는 첫째, 회기별 진행 과정 및 그림 변화과정에서 자기표현과 집단원 간 상호작용에 대한 점진적인 변화가 나타났다. 둘째, 프로그램의 단계별 진행 과정에서 자신과 타인에 대한 관계인식과 태도의 긍정적인 변화가 나타났다. 셋째, 사전⋅사후 KSD 그림검사에서 교실 공간에 대한 실제적인 표현과 또래관계에 대한 지각의 긍정적인 변화를 발견할 수 있었다. 결론 본 연구는 특수학급 청소년의 자기탐색 및 또래관계기술 향상에 있어 집단미술치료 개입의 기초를 제시한 점에 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study was conducted to investigate whether group art therapy appears as a positive change in the improvement of self-exploration and peer relationship skills of adolescents in special class. Methods The group art therapy in this study was conducted for 14 sessions, 200 minutes once a week, from April 2 to July 9, 2021 for two teenagers enrolled in a special class at P Middle school in Gyeonggi-do. For the collection and analysis of research data, the results were derived by qualitatively analyzing the report and interview data of the person in charge of the institution, the therapist’s regression evaluation and observation log, and the pre- and post- KSD test. Results As a result, first, there was a gradual change in self-expression and interaction between group members in the process of each session and in the process of picture change. Second, positive changes in relational perception and attitude toward self and others were observed in the step-by-step process of the program. Third, in the pre- and post- KSD test, it was possible to find positive changes in the actual expression of the classroom space and the perception of peer relationships. Conclusions This study is meaningful in that it presents the basis for group art therapy intervention in self-exploration and improvement of peer relationship skills among adolescents in special classes.
