영유아 관련 아동학대에 대한 연구동향

국문 초록

목적 본 연구의 목적은 영유아와 관련된 아동학대 연구의 전반적인 흐름을 분석하고 연구시기 및 대상, 연구목적 및 내용, 연구유형 및 방법을 종합적으로 분석하여 아동학대 연구에 대한 다각적인 의미를 이해하고 향후 연구의 방향성을 제시하기 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 방법 2011년 1월부터 2021년 9월까지 국내 학술지에 발표된 79편의 논문을 분석하였다. 구체적으로 수집된 영유아 아동학대 관련 연구물의 연구목적은 유사성과 차이성에 따라 분류분석을 실시하였고, 그 외 연구 시기 및 대상, 연구내용, 연구 유형 및 방법에 대하여는 빈도와 백분율을 산출하였다. 결과 첫째, 연구시기별로 살펴보면 영유아 관련 아동학대 연구는 꾸준히 수행되어 오고 있으며, 2015년에서 2016년으로 넘어오면서 증가폭이 커졌다. 둘째, 연구대상별로 보면 인적대상이 가장 많았으며, 인적 대상 중에서도 교사가 가장 많은 비중을 차지했다. 셋째, 연구목적에서는 인적/물적 환경이 학대관련 변인에 미치는 영향력을 탐색하고자 한 연구가 가장 많은 비중을 차지했다. 넷째, 연구내용에서는 아동학대에 영향을 미치는 개인적 특성에 대한 연구가 가장 많이 이루어졌다. 다섯째, 연구유형 및 연구방법에 있어서는 양적연구 유형의 상관연구가 가장 많이 수행되었으며, 수집된 모든 연구가 횡단연구로 수행되었다. 또한 자료수집 방법에서는 질문지법이 가장 많았으며, 자료분석 방법에서는 관계분석방법이 가장 많이 사용된 것으로 나타났다. 결론 본 연구는 그 동안 수행되어진 영유아 관련 아동학대 연구의 대상, 목적, 내용, 유형 및 방법에 있어서 나타난 편중성을 밝힘으로써, 향후 연구의 균형성을 도모하고자 하였다. 또한 아동학대 연구에 있어 영유아에 집중하여 보다 면밀하게 분석함으로써 영유아관련 아동 학대 연구에 대한 발전적 방향성을 제시하였다는데 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to understand the diverse meanings of child abuse research and to provide basic data to suggest future research directions by analyzing the overall flow of child abuse research related to infant and children, and analyzing the research time, object, purpose and contents, research types and methods comprehensively. Methods In this study, studies published in Korean journals from January 2011 to September 2021 were analyzed. Specifically, the research purpose of collected studies related to child abuse of infant and children was classified and analyzed according to similarity and difference, and in addition, frequency and percentage were calculated for the other research period, object, research contents, research type and method. Results First, according to the period of study, research on child abuse related to infants and children has been steadily carried out, and the increase width has gotten large since 2015 to 2016. Second, according to the subjects, the most common subjects were human beings, and among them, the researches conducted on teachers were the most. Third, in the contents of the study, the most common researches were conducted on the personal characteristics that affect child abuse. Fourth, in research type and research method, the correlation researches of quantitative research type were performed the most, and all the collected researches were conducted by cross-sectional research. In addition, it was revealed that the questionnaire method was used the most for data collection method and the relationship analysis method was used the most for data analysis method. Conclusions This study aims to promote balance in future studies by clarifying the weighted factors in the subjects, purpose, contents, types and methods of child abuse studies related to infants and children which have been conducted so far. In addition, it is meaningful to suggest the developmental direction of child abuse studies related to infants and children by focusing on infants and children in the study of child abuse and analyzing more in detail.
