일개 간호대학생의 임상실습 무력감과 전공만족도와의 관계에서 사회적지지와 전문직 자아개념의 매개효과

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 일개 간호대학생의 임상실습 무력감과 전공만족도와의 관계에서 사회적지지와 전문직 자아개념의 매개효과를 규명하고자 한다. 방법 본 연구는 G시에 소재한 일개 간호대학교 4학년을 대상으로 2019년 1월에 설문을 실시한 총 225부를 SPSS 20.0 Win program과 AMOS 27.0 program을 이용하여 요인들 간의 직⋅간접효과, 총효과의 유의성을 검증하였다. 결과 본 연구결과 임상실습 무력감은 사회적지지와 전문직 자아개념에 직접효과가 있었고, 사회적지지와 전문직 자아개념은 전공만족도에 직접효과가 있었다. 임상실습 무력감에서 전공만족도의 직접효과의 경로는 통계적으로 유의하지 않았고, 임상실습 무력감과 전공만족도와의 관계에서 사회적지지와 전문직 자아개념은 완전매개효과가 있었다. 두 경로 간의 간접효과 크기를 분석한 결과 전문직 자아개념이 사회적지지보다 간접효과가 더 큰 것으로 나타났다. 결론 본 연구를 통해 임상실습 무력감을 경험한 간호대학생의 전공만족도를 향상시키기 위한 방안으로 전문직 자아개념과 사회적지지를 적용한 중재 프로그램의 개발 및 적용이 필요하고, 대학과 임상환경의 제도적 개선이 요구된다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to identify the mediating effects of social support and professional self-concept in the relationship between clinical practice powerlessness and major satisfaction in the students of one nursing university. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted with senior students in one nursing university located in G City in January, 2019. A total of 225 questionnaires were applied for analysis. SPSS 20.0 Win program and AMOS 27.0 program were used to test the direct and indirect effects between factors and the significance of total effects. Results The results of the study suggest that clinical practice powerlessness had a direct effect on social support and professional self-concept and social support and professional self-concept had a direct effect on major satisfaction. The path of direct effect of major satisfaction was not statistically significant in clinical practice powerlessness. Social support and professional self-concept had full mediating effects in the relationship between clinical practice powerlessness and major satisfaction. The indirect effect size between two paths was analyzed and the indirect effect of professional self-concept was bigger than that of social support. Conclusions It is necessary to develop and apply intervention programs that apply professional self-concept and social support to improve the major satisfaction of nursing students who experience professional practice powerlessness. Moreover, university and clinical environment system should be improved.
