코로나19(COVID-19)로 인한 온라인 강의가 대학생의 학습동기, 수업태도 및 온라인 수업 만족도에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

목적 코로나 19(COVID-19)로 인한 온라인 강의가 대학생의 학습동기, 수업태도, 온라인 수업만족도와의 관계를 파악하여 온라인 수업만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하고자 시도하였다. 방법 C도의 4년제 대학에 재학 중인 대학생 202명을 대상으로 비대면 온라인 강의를 1학기 이상 경험한 대학생을 편의추출하였다. 자료수집은 2020년 11월부터 12월까지이며, 수집방법은 비대면 URL설문지(NAVER FORM)를 이용하였다. 수집된 자료는 평균, 표준편차, Pearson correlation coefficient, stepwise multiple regression를 SPSS 19.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 결과 대학생의 온라인 강의에 따른 학습동기는 시간표에 맞춰 수강하는 경우, 유튜브(You Tube)를 사용하고, 과제 분량이 적절하며, 집에서 학습하는 경우에 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 수업태도는 유의미한 차이가 없었다. 온라인 수업 만족도는 집에서 학습하는 경우와 과제분량이 적을수록 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 또한 온라인 수업만족도는 학습자의 학습동기와 수업태도가 높을수록 높았으며, 학습동기는 온라인 수업만족도에 영향을 미치는 변수로 모형의 설명력은 73%로 나타났다. 결론 온라인 수업만족도는 학습태도 보다 학습동기에 유의미한 영향을 받으므로 학습동기를 유도할 수 있는 온라인을 활용한 다양한 콘텐츠와 프로그램의 개발이 필요할 것이다.

영문 초록

Objectives The study attempted to the Effect of the Replacement of Online Lecture on the Motivation, Attitude and Online Class Satisfaction of University Students by COVID-19. Methods The convenience was extracted from college students who experienced more than one semester of non-face-to-face online lectures among 202 college students enrolled in 4-year colleges in C province. Data collection was conducted from November to December 2020, and the non-face-to-face URL questionnaire(NAVER FORM) was used for the collection. The collected data was analyzed using SPSS 19.0 program for the mean and standard deviation, Pearson correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression. Results The result of this study, the learning motivation of college students showed a significant difference when taking classes according to the timetable, using YouTube, having an appropriate amount of assignments, and learning at home. There was no significant difference in class attitude. There was satisfaction with online classes was significantly different when studying at home and with fewer assignments. In addition, online class satisfaction was found to have a significant positive (+) correlation with learning motivation and class attitude. Learning motivation is a variable that affects online class satisfaction, and the explanatory power of the model was 73%. Conclusions The purposes of this study were to since online class satisfaction is significantly affected by learning motivation rather than learning attitude, it is necessary to develop various contents and programs using online that can induce learning motivation.
