코로나19로 인한 보육교사의 심리적 불안요인과 극복요인에 관한 연구

국문 초록

목적 본 연구의 목적은 코로나19로 인한 보육교사의 심리적 불안요인과 극복요인을 알아봄으로써 미래 신종 전염병 발병 시 효과적인 지원을 제안하는데 있다. 방법 수도권에 위치한 어린이집에서 코로나19 상황에서 반 운영을 1년 이상 경험한 담임교사로 경력 5년 이상 10년 이하 기준으로 성숙단계 보육교사 6인을 대상으로 선정하였다. 연구 참여자들은 코로나19 사회적 거리두기 단계에 따라 면담은 직접 면담과 ZOOM을 활용한 실시간 비대면 면담으로 진행되었다. 자료수집은 2021년 10월 11일부터 2021년 10월 30일까지 개별 면담을 통해 이루어졌다. 질적자료분석 절차에 따라 해석, 코딩, 분류의 순서로 분석하였다. 결과 연구결과 코로나19로 인한 보육교사의 심리적 불안요인은 ‘거리두기의 이중성’, ‘의사소통의 어려움’, ‘시작과 마무리는 소독’, ‘보육일과 운영의 어려움’, ‘안전한 집단생활을 위해 집단생활 회피’, ‘보육교사가 코로나19 확진되면 죄인’, ‘어린이집은 이미 ‘위드코로나’, ‘안전보다 중요한 부모 만족 행사’로 나타났고, 극복요인은 ‘소소한 일상’, ‘긍정적인 생각’, ‘비대면으로 자기 계발’, ‘보육교사라서 받은 혜택’, ‘보육교사의 동질감’, ‘기관장의 배려’, ‘바라는 지원’으로 나타났다 결론 본 연구를 통해 코로나19 상황에서 보육교사의 심리적 불안요인을 이해하고 극복요인을 알아보면서 미래 신종전염병 발생 시 효과적인 지원을 마련하는데 도움이 되기를 기대한다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to suggest effective support in the event of a new infectious disease in the future by examining the psychological anxiety factors and overcoming factors of childcare teachers due to COVID-19. Methods Six childcare teachers in the mature stage were selected based on 5 to 10 years of experience as homeroom teachers who had more than 1 year of experience in running a class in the Corona 19 situation at a daycare center located in the metropolitan area. Interviews were conducted in person and in real-time non-face-to-face using ZOOM, according to the COVID-19 social distancing stage. Data collection was conducted through individual interviews from October 11, 2021 to October 30, 2021. Analysis was performed in the order of interpretation, coding, and classification according to the qualitative data analysis procedure. Results As a result of the study, the psychological anxiety factors of childcare teachers due to COVID-19 were ‘duality of distance’, ‘difficulty in communication’, ‘disinfection at the beginning and end’, ‘difficulty in daycare and operation’, ‘group for safe group life’ Avoidance of life , ‘If a daycare teacher is confirmed to be a sinner’, ‘The daycare center has already appeared as ‘With Corona’, ‘Parent satisfaction is more important than safety’, and the overcoming factors are ‘small daily life’, ‘positive thinking’, ‘Non-face-to-face self-development’, ‘benefits received as a daycare teacher’, ‘a sense of unity with daycare teachers’, ‘consideration of the head of the institution’, and ‘desired support’ were found. Conclusions Through this study, it is hoped that this study will help to provide effective support in case of a new infectious disease in the future by understanding the psychological anxiety factors of childcare teachers in the situation of COVID-19 and examining the factors to overcome them.
