국문 초록

본 연구는 OECD 학습 나침반의 구성 요소를 살펴보고, 기업가정신 교육과의 관련성을 분석한 후, 청소년 기업가정신 교육의 방향을 고찰하였다. OECD 학습 나침반 2030과 기업가정신 교육은 예측 불가능하고 불확실한 미래를 위한 준비라는 차원에서 공통점이 있으며, 특히 OECD에서 제시한 학생 주체성, 변혁적 역량, 예상-행동-성찰 주기는 기업가정신 교육과 관련성이 높다는 것을 알 수 있었다. OECD 학습 나침반 2030을 바탕으로 제시한 청소년 기업가정신 교육의 방향은 첫째, 프로젝트 기반 학습을 통한 학생들의 주체적 참여 유도, 둘째, 디자인 씽킹을 접목한 창의적 문제해결 방법론의 활용, 셋째, 행동을 통한 새로운 가치 창출 기회 제공, 넷째, 성찰 실습을 통한 기업가정신의 내재화와 지속적 실천이다. 청소년 기업가정신 교육을 위한 체계적인 프로그램이 부족하다는 평가를 받는 지금, OECD 학습 나침반 2030은 청소년 기업가정신 교육을 위한 지침이 될 수 있다.

영문 초록

This study looked at the components of the OECD Learning Compass 2030, analyzed their relevance to entrepreneurship education, and then considered the direction of youth entrepreneurship education. The OECD Learning Compass 2030 and entrepreneurship education have something in common in terms of preparing for an unpredictable and uncertain future, and in particular, the OECD’s proposed Student Agency, Transformative Competencies, and Anticipation-Action-Reflection Cycle are highly relevant to entrepreneurship education. The direction on youth entrepreneurship education based on the OECD Learning Compass 2030 is, first, encouraging students’ independent participation through project-based learning, second, utilizing creative problem-solving methodology incorporating design thinking, third, providing opportunities to create new values through action, fourth, internalization of entrepreneurship and continuous practice through reflective practice. The OECD Learning Compass 2030 can serve as a guide for youth entrepreneurship education, now being evaluated for lack of a systematic program for youth entrepreneurship education.
