초등학교 교사의 교육력제고연구 참여 경험에 대한 현상학적 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 ‘학교 교육력제고 유공교원 가산점 제도’의 선택가산점 취득을 주된 목적으로 하는 ‘교육력제고연구’에 참여한 교사들의 경험이 가지는 의미를 탐색해 보는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 연구자들은 교육력제고연구 경험이 있는 초등학교 교사 6명을 선정하여 4개월간 2~5회의 심층 인터뷰를 통하여 자료를 수집하고, 참여자의 경험에 초점을 맞춘 현상학적 방법으로 연구를 진행하였다. 그 결과 교육력제고연구에 참여한 교사들은 승진이라는 수단에서 출발하였으나 연구과정에서 연구 본연의 목적을 깨닫고 자신들의 성과를 교육공동체와 공유하며 개인과 교육공동체 모두의 성장에 필요한 자기 발전의 연구로 의미가 구성되었다. 이를 바탕으로 본 연구를 통해 나타난 교사들의 협력 경험과 교사로서의 소명의식, 직업정체성, 연구와 교육의 선순환 환류구조에 대하여 논의하였고, 교육력제고연구를 발전시킬 수 있는 실천적 시사점을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to explore the meaning of the experience of teachers who participated in the ‘Educational Ability Improvement Study’ which is the main purpose of acquiring the additional points of the ‘Additional Point System for School Education Achievement’. In order to study, the researchers selected six elementary school teachers who had experience in ‘educational ability improvement study’ and collected the data through two to five in-depth interviews over four months. The study was conducted in a phenomenological way that focused on the participants experience. As a result, the teachers who participated in the educational enhancement study started with the means of promotion. But in the course of the study, they realized their original purpose of the research. Therefore, the meaning was formed by the study of self-development that shared their achievements with the educational community and achieved the growth of individuals and educational communities. Through this study, the cooperative experience of teachers and the sense of calling and job identity as teachers, and the virtuous cycle feedback structure of research and education were discussed. And discuss practical implications that can develop the research on enhancing educational ability.
