베트남인 학습자의 한국 현대시 해석 양상 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 베트남인 대상 한국문학교육에서 대학생 학습자의 한국 현대시 이해 양상을 살펴보고자 하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이는 향후 베트남인 대상 한국 현대시 교육과정 설계의 기초 자료로 활용될 것이다. 베트남인 대학생 학습자는 베트남의 국가 수준 교육과정에서 교수·학습되는 모국 문학을 통해 문학 능력을 형성한 자들로, 외국 문학을 읽을 때에도 이를 활용하고 있다. 그러나 이 학습자들이 모국 문학 기반의 문학 능력을 외국 문학의 독서에 활용하는 방식과 내용에 대해서는 아직 구체적으로 밝혀진 바가 없다. 이에 이 연구에서는 베트남인 대학생 학습자들이 정지용의 <향수>를 읽고 적은 감상문을 수집·분석하여 베트남 문학 기반의 문학 능력이 베트남인 학습자들의 한국문학 독서에 미치는 영향력을 확인했다. 그 결과, 베트남인 대학생 학습자들은 <향수>와 이미지와 형식이 구축하는 의미를 분석하기 위하여 베트남의 시교육을 통해 학습한 시의 장르적 특성을 도입한 것으로 확인되었다. <향수>가 일제 강점기에 발표된 시라는 정보는 학습자들이 베트남의 식민지 문학에 대한 선지식을 적극적으로 활용하게 이끌었다. 또한 <향수>의 주제의식이나 문학적 가치를 규명하기 위하여 그동안 베트남의 문학사가 자국 문학의 해석과 의미화에 투영한 가치의식을 활용한 것으로 확인되었다. 한국과 베트남은 동아시아 문화권에 속한 국가이자 근·현대사적으로 유사한 사건을 공유한 국가라는 공통점이 있지만, 양국의 구체적인 역사적 사건과 국가적 이념의 토대는 상이하다. 따라서 학습자들이 베트남 문학을 통해 형성한 문학 지식을 한국문학 독서에 활용할 수 있게 하려면 몇 가지 교육적 처치가 가해질 필요가 있다. 그런 점에서 이 연구는 베트남인 학습자 대상의 한국문학교육이 다룰 내용을 구체적으로 탐색했다는 점에서 그 의미가 크다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the aspects of contemporary Korean poetry among Vietnamese university students. The results will be used as basic data for designing the curriculum of Korean modern cities for Vietnamese in the future. Vietnamese university student learners are those who have formed literary skills through Vietnamese literature taught and learned through Vietnam’s national curriculum. They use knowledge learned through literature in their home country when reading foreign literature. However, the method and content of these learners’ use of reading ability based on their native literature for reading in Korean literature has not been revealed. Therefore, in this study, Vietnamese university student learners read Jung Ji-yong’s Hyangsu and collected and analyzed a small amount of sentiments, confirming the influence of Vietnamese literature-based literary ability based on Vietnamese learners’ reading of Korean literature. Results confirmed that Vietnamese university student learners could be introduced to the genre characteristics of Vietnamese poetry in order to analyze the meaning of “fragrance,” image, and form. Hyangsu, the colonial paper published in the period of Shirahama information, was used so that learners could actively use their knowledge of the colonial literature of Vietnam. In addition, it was confirmed that Vietnamese literary historians used the value consciousness projected in Vietnamese literature to identify the literary meaning and value of Hyangsu. Korea and Vietnam belong to East Asian culture, and they are neighboring countries that share similar events through dialogue. However, the specific historical events of both countries and the foundations of national ideology are clearly different. Therefore, in order to enable learners to utilize literary knowledge formed through Vietnamese literature in Korean literature reading, it is necessary to apply educational measures. In this regard, this study is significant in that it specifically explores the contents of Korean literature education for Vietnamese learners.
