2019 개정 누리과정 적용을 위한 유아교사 양성기관의 ‘놀이지도’ 교재 내용 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 유아교사 양성기관에서 놀이지도 교재로 출판된 도서를 선정· 분석하여 유아놀이의 필요성과 중요성에 대해 환기 시키고, 예비유아교사들이 유아교육현장에서 적용 가능한 놀이지도 수업 교재의 방향성을 제시하는데 기초적인 토대를 마련하고자 하였다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 2020년 1월부터 2월까지 2015년 이후 출판된 놀이지도 교과목 관련 교재를 중심으로 본 연구에 적합한 14권의 교재를 선정하였다. 선정된 놀이지도 교재는 발행연도 및 개정연도, 저자, 이론편과 실제편의 구성비율을 파악하고 이론편은 내용 분석을 통해 범주별로 구성비율을 알아보았으며, 실제편은 실제 활동에서 다루고 있는 내용을 분석하였다. 연구결과, 교과교재 연구 및 지도법 교재의 전체 구성비율에서 이론편이 실제편 보다 구성비율이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 실제편의 내용을 범주별로 분석한 결과 하위교과별 전체 구성비율이 ‘9.실내놀이환경’ 12.0%, ‘1.놀이이해’ 10.7%였으며 기초 이론적 배경은 현대적 이론의 ‘인지이론’이 29.3%이다. 실제편 활동에서 다루고 있는 하위 영역별 구성은 14권의 교재 모두 ‘흥미영역’을 공통적으로 다루고 있었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 미래의 유아교사가 될 예비유아교사들이 2019 개정 누리과정의 놀이중심 교육과정을 보다 잘 이해하고 개정 누리과정의 목적과 취지에 적합한 ‘놀이지도’ 교재의 방향성을 제시하는데 기초적인 토대를 마련하고자 한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to analyze textbooks on play guidance in an effort to raise awareness of the necessity and importance of play and to provide some information on the right directions of textbooks on play guidance that early childhood teachers could apply in early childhood education settings. Textbooks that had been published since 2015 were gathered in January and February, 2020, and 14 textbooks were selected. The collected textbooks were analyzed by publication year, revision year and author, and the components ratios of the theoretical and practical parts were investigated. As for the practical parts, what the activities were actually about was analyzed. As a result of analyzing the overall component ratios of the theoretical and practical parts in the textbooks that dealt with research on curriculum and instructional materials and with teaching methods, the rates of the practical parts were higher than those of the theoretical ones. When the content of the practical parts were analyzed by category to find out the component ratios, the rate of 9. Indoor play environments stood at 12.0 percent, and that of 1. Understanding of Play stood at 10.7 percent. Concerning fundamental theoretical background, modern cognitive theory accounted for 29.3 percent. As to the composition of the categories in the practical activities, all the 14 textbooks dealt with interest area. This study attempted to improve the understanding of preservice early childhood teachers about the play-centered curriculum of the revised 2019 Nuri curriculum as prospective early childhood teachers, and to provide information on the right directions for play guidance textbooks applicable in early childhood education settings based on the findings.
