국문 초록

본 연구는 교사의 행복감이 유아와의 상호작용에 미치는 영향에서 사회적 지지의 조절효과를 알아보는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 경기도 7개 지역 54개소의 유아교육기관에 근무하는 만3-5세 담임교사 480명이며, 2018년 11월~12월 자기보고식 설문조사를 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 총 422부의 자료를 분석에 사용하였으며, 자료처리는 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 상관관계분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구의 결과 첫째, 교사의 행복감과 사회적 지지는 교사와 유아의 상호작용에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 교사의 행복감이나 사회적 지지는 모두 교사의 인식에서 오는 것으로, 긍정적 정서의 확장이 필요하며, 자신의 삶에 대한 만족감과 행복감을 높이기 위해 교사 스스로의 노력이 선행되어야 할 것이다. 둘째, 교사의 행복감이 교사와 유아의 상호작용에 미치는 영향을 사회적 지지가 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 교사의 행복감과 유아와의 상호작용 관계에서 사회적 지지에 대한 긍정적 인식은 유아와의 상호작용 수준을 보다 증가시킨다는 것을 알 수 있다. 이는 교사의 행복감과 교사와 유아의 상호작용 간의 관계를 사회적 지지가 촉진해준다는 것을 의미한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the moderating effect of social support on the effect of teacher s happiness on interaction with children. The subjects of this study were 480 teachers aged 3-5 who work at 54 early childhood education institutions in 7 regions in Gyeonggi-do, and data were collected through self-report questionnaires from November to December 2018. A total of 422 copies of data were used for analysis, and correlation analysis and regression analysis were conducted using SPSS 22.0 program. The results of this study are as follows: First, the happiness and social support of teachers have a positive effect on the interaction between teachers and children. Considering that both happiness and social support of teachers come from teachers perception, efforts should be made to increase satisfaction and happiness of their own life, and expansion of positive emotions through this will be needed. Second, social support moderated the effect of teacher s happiness on teacher-children interaction. In other words, positive perception of social support in the relationship between teacher s happiness and interaction with children increases the level of interaction with children. This means that social support promotes the relationship between teacher s happiness and teacher s interaction with children.
