4년제 D대학교의 비교과교육과정 내실화 방안 연구

국문 초록

대학교육의 변화속도는 현대의 기술 발전 속도와 다양성을 따라가지 못하고 있다. 또한 현대사회의 기업에서 요구하는 인재와 실제 대학에서 양성하는 인재 사이에서 불일치가 일부 나타냐고 있다. 이러한 교육의 불일치를 해결하기 위해 한국의 일부 대학은 8~9년간 진행된 학부교육선진화사업을 통하여 역량기반 교육과정을 구축하기 시작하였다. 그러나 학부교육선도대학을 중심으로 비교과교육과정의 활성화를 위해 많은 재정적인 노력에도 불구하고 비교과교육의 구체적인 효과성 및 질 관리 타당성, 교육과정의 내실화는 미흡한 실정이다. 많은 대학이 역량기반 비교과교육과정 체계구축에 집중되어 있고 교육과정 내실화를 위한 세부적인 전략 및 평가ㆍ환류체계의 운영은 미흡한 실정이다. 이러한 문제점으로 인하여 비교과교육과정이 구축되어 운영되고 있음에도 불구하고, 교육효과 및 성과에 대한 타당성 문제가 지속해서 제기되고 있다.따라서 본 연구에서는 참여자의 실태 및 만족도조사, 교육과정(프로그램) 별에 맵핑된 역량 타당성, 교육과정(프로그램)별 사전ㆍ사후 효과분석을 바탕으로 한 구체적인 효과성을 파악하고자 하였다. 이러한 연구는 역량 기반 비교과교육과정의 내실화 및 타당성 높은 평가ㆍ환류를 제공함과 동시에 지속적인 질 관리 차원에서의 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

Changes in university education have not kept pace with the speed and diversity of the development of modern technology. In addition, there is a discrepancy between the talent required in modern society(enterprise) and the talent cultivated in universities. To resolve these inconsistencies, some South Korean universities have begun to build competency-based curriculums through8 9years of advancement by means of education projects. However, despite the many financial efforts to promote extracurricular programs centered on the advancement of universities, there are insufficient measures to improve the specific effectiveness, quality management validity, and feasibility of extracurricular programs. Many universities focus on competency-based frameworks to construct extracurricular programs, and, subsequently, specific strategies and evaluation and feedback systems for the improvement of extracurricular programs are insufficient. While extracurricular programs have been established and managed, the issue of the validity of the effect and performance of the education is continuously raised. Therefore, in this study, we attempted to demonstrate the specific effectiveness based on the satisfaction and conditions of the participants by mapping the competency validity to the extracurricular programs and conducting pre- and post-effect analyses according to the extracurricular programs. This study can enhance competency-based extracurricular programs using validated evaluation and feedback and make suggestions for sustained quality management.
