치료놀이 교육이 대학원 재학 중인 보육교사의 자기수용과 타인수용에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 치료놀이 교육이 대학원 재학 보육교사의 자기수용 및 타인수용에 미치는 영향, 교육 과정에서 보육교사들의 경험을 알아보기 위해 실시되었다. 연구대상은 수도권에 위치한 대학원 두 곳에 재학 중인 보육교사 18명이었다. 2019년 1월 연구대상을 실험집단과 통제집단에 배정하고 사전검사를 실시했다. 실험집단은 총 4회, 120-150분 간 치료놀이 교육에 참여하였고 교육 종료 후, 연구대상에 사후검사를 실시하였다. 자기수용 척도(Phillips, 1951), 타인수용 척도(Fey, 1955), 저널쓰기를 통해 자료를 수집하였고 t-test, Bogdan과 Biklen(1998)의 분석법으로 자료를 분석하였다. 연구결과, 실험집단의 자기수용과 타인수용 수준이 유의하게 향상되었다. 실험집단은 자기 이해, 자기수용 및 반성, 타인 이해와 수용, 인성 및 교역량 강화를 경험한 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로, 치료놀이 교육은 대학원 재학 보육교사의 자기수용과 타인수용 향상에 효과적이었고 보육교사의 인성 및 역량 강화에 기여하였다.

영문 초록

This study examined the effects of a theraplay-education program on self-acceptance and other-acceptance of childhood care teachers attending graduate school. And it also investigated the experiences of childhood care teachers in theraplay-education program. In january 2019, 18 childhood care teachers were divided into an experimental group and a control group and participated in the pretest. The experimental group had 120-150 minutes theraplay-education program for a total of 4. The subjects carried out posttest after a program was finished. The subjects participated in the Self-Acceptance Scale(Phillips, 1951), Other-Acceptance Scale(Fey, 1955) and journal writing. T-test and Bogdan and Biklen(1998)’s qualitative data analysis method analyzed data. The results showed that: ⑴ The experimental group demonstrated significant improvement in self-acceptance and other-acceptance. ⑵ The experimental group experienced self-understanding, self-acceptance, reflection, other-understanding, other-acceptance and improvement of personality and competency. This study demonstrated that a theraplay-education program is an effective strategy for childhood care teachers who attended graduate school to enhance their self-acceptance, other-acceptance, personality and competency.
