국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 지능형 자동화가 가속화되는 미래사회를 대비하는데 중요한 책무를 맡고 있는 정보교육의 방향을 진단하기 위한 프레임워크를 설계하는 것이다. 연구의 목적을 위하여 미래사회의 변화, ICT 관련 미래 기술, 미래 직업 변화, 미래 역량의 네 가지 분야에 대해 국내외 주요 문헌을 분석하여 트렌드를 분석하고 시사 점을 도출하였다. 분석 결과와 시사점을 토대로 정보교육의 역량, 내용, 방법 측면에서 정보교육 프레임워크 설계 전략을 구안하였다. 이 설계 전략에 따라 정보교육 역량, 정보교육 내용, 정보교육 방법을 산출할 수 있었고, 이들의 유기적인 관계하에 구축되는 정보교육 프레임워크와 적용예시를 최종적으로 제안하였다. 이 연구를 통해 도출한 정보교육 프레임워크는 학습자가 미래 사회에 대비하는데 필요한 지식, 태도, 스킬 함양을 통해 인간고유 역량과 인간-기계 협력 능력을 길러야 함을 강조 하고 있다. 또, 이 프레임워크는 인간과 인공지능이 상생하는 지능형 자동화 사회에 대비하는 것을 목표로 하고 있다. 이 정보교육 프레임워크는 정보교육의 세부 전략을 설계하기에 앞서 미래 정보교육의 방향성을 진단할 수 있는 거시적 접근 전략으로 이해할 필요가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to design a framework to diagnose the direction of information education, which has an important duty to prepare for the future society in which intelligent automation is being accelerated. For the purpose of this study, we analyzed the domestic and foreign key literature on the future social changes, future technologies of ICT, future job changes, and future competencies and analyzed the trends and suggested implications. Based on the analysis results and implications, the design strategy of information education framework was developed in terms of competencies, contents, and methods of information education. According to this design strategy, information education competencies, information education contents and information education methods could be generated, and the information education framework and application examples constructed under the organic relationship were finally proposed. The information education framework emphasizes that the learner needs to develop the human abilities and human-machine cooperation ability by cultivating the knowledge, attitude and skill necessary for preparing for the future society. The framework also aims to prepare for an intelligent automation society where humans and artificial intelligence coexist. This information education framework needs to be understood as a macroscopic approach strategy to diagnose the direction of future information education before designing detailed strategies of information education.
