국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 성취동기, 학업적 정서조절, 자기주도학습능력, 학습몰입 간의 구조적 관계를 분석하는 것이다. 본 연구의 목적을 위해 부산시 소재 4개 대학 학생 891명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였으며, 최종적으로 863명의 자료가 분석되 었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 24와 AMOS 24 프로그램을 이용한 구조방정식 모형을 통해 구조적 관계를 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과와 논의를 통해 얻어진 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 성취동기는 학업적 정서조절과 학습몰입에 직접적인 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 성취동기는 학업적 정서조절과 자기주도학습능력을 매개로 학습몰입에 간접적인 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 학업적 정서조절은 자기주도학습능력을 매개로 학습몰입에 간접 적인 영향을 미친다. 이러한 결과를 종합해 볼 때, 학습상황에 최적화된 학습몰입을 경험하기 위해서는 학생참여중심의 활성화와 학습자 중심의 프로그램 개발, 그리고 대학에서의 다양한 비교과 프로그램의 운영과 확대 등이 요구된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of the study is to examine the structural relationship among achievement motivation, academic emotion regulation, self­directed learning ability and learning flow of University students. Model fit indices have been estimated to examine the model identification using maximum likelihood estimation, and structural relationship has been analyzed using structural regression analysis. Conclusions from the results and discussion are as follows. First, achievement motivation affects learning flow directly. Second, achievement motivation indirectly affects learning flow via academic emotion regulation and self­directed learning ability. Third, academic emotion regulation indirectly affects learning flow via self­directed learning ability. In conclusion, achievement motivation, academic emotion regulation, self­directed learning ability are variables to predict learning flow. However, it is more effective when they are closely connected each other than when they affect learning flow independently. To increase university student’s learning flow, all of these variables should be considered based on their cause and effect relationships.
