국문 초록

본 연구는 대학생이 자신의 학습역량을 파악하여 자기주도적 학습을 할 수 있도록 돕고, 대학 각 학과 및 부서의 비교과프로그램 개발, 운영, 환류를 돕기 위해 대학생용 학습역량 진단도구를 개발한 연구이다. 대학생의 학습역량 범주를 학습인지, 학습 기능, 학습태도로 구분하고 각 영역의 하위요소를 측정할 수 있는 문항을 개발했다. 학습인지에서는 고등사고와 창의성을 측정하는 20개 문항, 학습기능에서는 학습계획 수립과 수업참여기술을 측정하는 20개 문항, 학습태도에서는 동기와 정서를 측정하는 20개 문항의 총 60개 문항으로 진단도구를 구성했다. 선행연구 분석과 전문가 타당화를 통해 예비문항을 선별했으며, H대학교 학생 284명의 예비검사 자료를 토대로 탐색적 요인분석과 확인적 요인분석을 실시했다. 본 연구에서 개발한 학습역량 진단 도구(H-LCT)를 통해 학생은 스스로 학습역량을 진단하고 학습에 대한 자신의 강·약 점을 개발·보완할 수 있을 것으로 기대되며, 더 나아가 대학의 학습역량 강화 프로그 램의 개발 및 학습역량 진단 결과에 의한 맞춤형 학생지원이 가능할 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to develop a Learning Competency Test for college students to help their self-directed learning by understanding their learning competency and to help department’s non-subject educational programs development, operation and improvement. This study developed the test that classifies the learning competency of college students into learning cognitions, learning skills and learning attitudes and measures the sub-elements of each domain. In the learning cognitions, 20 items measure meta cognition and creativity. In the learning skills, 20 items measure study planning and lecture participation. In the learning attitudes, 20 items measure motivation and emotion. The test consisted of 60 items. The items of preliminary test were selected through analysis of precedent researches and content validity by the experts. Based on the preliminary test data of 284 students at H university, we conducted exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. Through the H-LCT, which is developed in this study, students are expected to diagnose their learning competency and to develop and complement their strengths and weaknesses in learning. Furthermore, it will be possible to develop the university s program to enhance learning competency and to provide customized support to students through the results of the learning competency test.
