고등학생의 스마트폰중독과 학업무기력의 관계에서 자기결정성 기본심리욕구의 매개효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 고등학생의 스마트폰 중독과 학업무기력의 관계에서 자기결정성 기본심 리욕구의 매개효과를 알아보는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 2017년 9월 2주간 수도권과 경북 지역의 일반 및 특성화 고등학교 학생 516명을 대상으로 스마트폰 중독 척도, 학업무기력 척도, 자기결정성 기본심리욕구 척도로 구성된 설문을 실시하였다. 먼저 차이 분석 결과, 여학생은 스마트폰 중독척도 하위요인 내성, 자기결정성 기본 심리의 관계 욕구가 높았고, 남학생은 학업무기력척도 하위요인 능동적인 수행 결여가 높았다. 다음으로 자기결정성 기본심리욕구는 스마트폰 중독과 학업무기력의 관계에서 부분 매개하는 것을 확인하였다. 학생들의 스마트폰 사용의 심리적인 영향력과 관련하여 함의점을 논하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the mediated effects of self-determination basic psychological needs on the relationship between high school students smartphone addiction and learned helplessness. For this purpose, 516 students from general and special high schools in Seoul metropolitan area and Gyeongsangbuk-do area were surveyed for two weeks in September, 2017. The questionnaire consisted of smart-phone addiction scale, academic helplessness scale, and self - determination basic psychological desire scale. First, as a result of the difference analysis, the female students were higher in resistance, which is a sub - factor of the smart-phone addiction scale, and higher in the relationship desire of self - determination basic psychological scale. Male students were more likely to lack active performance sub-scales. Second, the self - determination basic psychological desire was found to mediate the relationship between smart-phone addiction and academic languor. And discussed the implications of the psychological impact of students use of smart-phones.
