국문 초록

본 연구는 심리 정서 지원을 위한 예술교육 연구 동향을 분석하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위해 2009년부터 2018년까지 국내 학술지에 게재된 총 72편의 학술 논문을 대상으로 연구의 전반적인 특성, 연구 대상, 예술교과 활용 비율, 심리 정서 지원의 중재 요인 및 영역을 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 연구 분야와 주제 유형은 미술과 체육 등의 예술 분야에서 심리 정서 지원을 위한 예술 활동의 개발 및 중재 효과를 알아본 연구가 가장 많이 수행되었다. 연구 대상은 초등학교 아동이 많았고, 체육과 미술교과를 활용한 연구가 높은 비율로 수행되었다. 심리 정서 지원의 중재 요인과 영역을 살펴본 결과, 대인관계, 내면 탐색을 통한 긍정적인 자기 자원 형성, 자기동기화가 요인으로 작용하였으며 정서인식과 표현, 정서조절 영역의 발달을 도운 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 심리 정서 지원을 위한 예술교육의 가치와 근거를 확인하고, 정서 발달의 세부 중재 영역과 요인 및 추후 연구가 필요한 주제 분야에 대해 제안하였다는 점에서 의의를 갖는다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to review studies on arts education for psychological and emotional support in school settings. A total 72 studies from 2009 to 2018 were analyzed based on research trends, participants, art subjects for psychological and emotional support, intervention factors and areas. The results showed that study of arts education program development and intervention effects for psychological and emotional support were mostly conducted in the field of arts education. The participants were lementary school students and the study using physical education and art subject were conducted at a high rate. The intervention factors were interpersonal relations, positive resource formation through self-exploration, intrinsic motivation. The goal areas were emotional awareness and expression, emotion regulation. This study recognized the role and value in arts education for psychological and emotional support. Also, the results of this study suggested the specific goal for emotional development, intervention factors and future study subjects.
