남자고등학생의 학업적 자기효능감과 학교 생활적응과의 관계에서 자기결정성동기와 진로정체감의 매개효과

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 남자고등학생을 대상으로 학업적 자기효능감, 자기결정성 동기, 진로정체감 및 학교생활적응의 관련성을 알아보고, 학업적 자기효능감과 학교생활 적응간의 관계에서 자기결정성동기와 진로정체감의 매개효과를 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위해 2017년 3월부터 4월까지 D광역시에 재학 중인 남자고등학생 291명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였고, 회귀분석과 Sobel test를 통해 매개효과를 분석하였다. 연구결과 학업적 자기효능감, 자기결정성동기, 진로정체감은 학교생활적응에 유의미한 정적상관을 나타냈고, 학업적 자기효능감과 학교생활적응간의 관계에서 자기결정성동기 및 진로정체감의 부분매개효과가 검증되었다. 즉 학업적 자기효능감은 학 교생활적응에 직접적으로 영향을 미치면서 자기결정성동기 및 진로정체감을 부분매개하여 간접적으로 영향을 미쳤다. 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 남자고등학생의 학교생활 적응을 높이기 위한 실천적 함의와 후속연구에 대해 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of academic self-efficacy, self-determination motivation and career identity by male high school students on their school adjustment and to whether self-determination motivation and career identity mediated in the relationship between academic self-efficacy and male high school students school adjustment. 291 students from male high-school located in Daegu from March to April in 2017 were surveyed as subjects of this study and the regression analysis, sobel s test were used to verify the mediating effects. In the results, Academic self-efficacy, self-determination motivation and career identity showed a positive relationship with male high school students school adjustment. Self-determination motivation and career identity had partial mediating effect on the relationship between academic self-efficacy and male high school students school adjustment. In other words, it was confirmed that academic self-efficacy effect both directly and indirectly on male high school students school adjustment. Based on the study findings, implications for practice to improve male high school students school adjustment and for future studies were discussed.
