유치원 교육실습이 예비유아교사의 교직 실습 업무 스트레스와 내적 동기에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 유치원 교육실습이 예비유아교사의 교직 실습 업무 스트레스 및 내적동기에 미치는 영향력을 규명해 봄으로써 유치원 교육실습의 효과성을 살펴보고자 함이 본 연구의 목적이다. 본 연구는 N대학에 재학 중인 4학년 30명을 대상으로 교 육실습에 대한 교직 실습 업무 스트레스와 내적 동기에 대한 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료의 분석 결과, 첫째, 교육실습 후 예비유아교사의 교직 실습 업무 스트레스는 유치원 교육실습 전에 비해 교직 실습 업무 스트레스의 하위요인 중 부정적 요인 인 실습 교직 업무부담 및 긍정적 요인인 사회적지지가 증가함으로서 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으나 전체적인 교직 실습 업무 스트레스는 감소되지 않음으로 나타났다. 둘째, 교육실습 후 예비유아교사의 내적 동기는 유치원 교육 실습 전에 비해 내적 동기의 하위요인 중 내적 완성감, 내적 독립적 판단, 내적 성향이 증가함으로서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타나 전체적인 내적 동기가 증가됨으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 본 연구에서는 유치원 교육실습으로 인한 예비유아교사들의 직무 부담 등의 실습 업무 스트레스가 여전히 과중되고 있음으로 나타났음에도 불구하고 실습과정 중에 경험한 사회적 지지와 교육 실습을 통해 내적 완성감, 내적 독립적 판단, 내적 성향 등이 긍정적으로 향상됨으로 나타나 교육실습에 임하는 예비교사의 태도 및 가치관이 긍정적으로 변화되어 전문적인 교직인으로서 발전 가능성을 보여준 연구 결과라고 볼 수 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of Kindergarten teaching practice on teaching practice work stress and internal motivation of pre-service child teachers, and to examine the effectiveness of Kindergarten teaching practice. This study collected data on teaching practice work stress and internal motivation of 30 senior students attending N university. In the analysis results of the collected data, first, for teaching practice work stress of pre-service child teachers after Kindergarten teaching practice, among the sub‐factors of teaching practice work stress, job burden, which is a negative factor and social support, which is a positive factor, were found to be statistically significantly higher compared with that before the teaching practice. Second, after the teaching practice, for internal motivation of pre-service child teachers, a statistically significant increase was found in internal completeness, internal independent judgment, and internal disposition among the sub‐factors of internal motivation compared with that before the teaching practice. In conclusion, in this study, although teaching practice work stress such as job burden of pre-service child teachers due to Kindergarten teaching practice are still overloaded, through the experience of social support and teaching practice during the process, the internal completeness, internal independent judgment, and internal disposition, etc. were found to be improved, which is a result of research showing that the attitude and values of the pre-service teachers who are engaged in the teaching practice change positively and show the possibility of development as a practical teaching person.
