국문 초록

본 연구는 직장인을 대상으로 애착수준과 직장생활만족 관계에서 대인관계능력과 자기효능감의 매개효과를 검증하는데 목적을 두고 경북 구미시에 소재한 전자부품회사에 종사하고 있는 직장인 260명을 연구대상으로 선정하여 2019년 3월 4일부터 8 일까지 한 주간에 걸쳐 설문조사를 수행하였다. 수집된 설문 자료는 SPSS 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였고, 다음과 같은 연구결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 애착수준, 대인관계능력, 자기효능감은 직장인의 직장생활만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으 로 나타났다. 둘째, 직장인의 애착수준과 직장생활만족 관계에서 대인관계능력과 자기효능감 변인의 부분매개효과는 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 직장인이 직장생활에 적응하고 이를 통해 사회구성원으로 성장하는데 성인애착, 대인관계능력과 자기효능 감은 매우 중요한 역할을 하는 것으로 나타나 직장인의 대인관계능력과 자기효능감을 강화할 수 있는 다양한 상담 및 대인관계역량 프로그램을 기업 차원에서 마련해 이를 적극적으로 추진해야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

The objective of this study is to verify the mediating effects of interpersonal ability and self-efficacy on the relation between attachment level and work life satisfaction of office workers. This study performed a survey targeting 260 office workers working for an electronic component company located in Gumi-si, Gyeongbuk, for a week from March 4th to 8th 2019. The collected data was analyzed by using the SPSS Program, and the results of this study were drawn as follows. First, the attachment level, interpersonal ability, and self-efficacy had positive effects on the work life satisfaction of office workers. Second, the partial mediating effects of interpersonal ability and self-efficacy on the relation between attachment level and work life satisfaction of office workers were significant. In order for office workers to adapt themselves to work life and also to grow into a member of society, the adult attachment, interpersonal ability, and self-efficacy play essential roles. Thus, it would be necessary to establish/practice diverse counseling & interpersonal competency programs that could strengthen the interpersonal ability and self-efficacy of office workers in the corporate level.
