공립 유치원 타시도 전입 교사의 교직 적응 경험 연구: S시 단설 유치원을 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구는 S시 단설유치원에 전입한 공립 유치원 교사의 교직 적응 경험을 질적으로 분석하였다. 이를 위하여 타·시도에서 S시 단설유치원으로 전입한 5명의 공립유치원 교사들의 전입 후 교직 적응 경험을 깊이 있게 분석하고 탐구하였다. 이를 위해 2018년 2월부터 11월까지 5명의 공립 단설유치원 타시도 전입교사와 총 16회의 개별면담 및 집단면담을 실시하고 16편의 저널을 수집하여 그 내용을 분석하였다. 그 결과, 교직적응 경험의 양상은 새로운 교직 생활에 대한 기대감과 불안감, 나의 생각과 경험을 내려놓음과 받아들임, 시간이 지나가길 기다림과 의지함으로 드러났고, 교직적응 경험의 의미는 혼자만의 섬에서 살아남기, 관계 속에서 균형 감각 회복하기, 낯선 환경에서 일어서기임을 알 수 있었으며, 이러한 교직 적응을 위한 방안으로는 내 가 먼저 다가서기, 너와 함께 공유하기, 나의 존재감 드러내기, 우리의 필요 요구하기로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze qualitatively the teaching profession adaptation experiences of public kindergarten teachers who transferred to independent kindergarten of S city from other provinces. For this study, five public kindergarten teachers who transferred to S city Kindergarten from other provinces were deeply analyzed and explored the experiences of teacher adjustment after transfer. To accomplish this, we conducted 16 interviews and group interviews with the teachers ho moved to the public kindergarten from February to November, 2018 and collected 16 journals. As a result of the analysis, the aspect of the experience of teaching adaptation was revealed by expectation and anxiety about new teaching life, abandonment and acceptance of my thoughts and experiences, waiting for time is running and relying. the meaning of teaching adaptation experience was found to survive on a island alone, to recover balance in relationships, and to stand up in an unfamiliar environment. as a way to adapt to teaching, I came to the front, to share with you, to reveal my presence, to demand our needs.
