손자녀 양육에 대한 조부모 지원 및 교육 프로그램 연구동향: 국내 학위논문과 학술지중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구는 국내학위논문과 학술지에 발표된 조부모 지원 및 교육프로그램 관련 연구동향을 고찰해봄으로써 향후 조부모 교육프로그램 개발과 실행에 도움을 주기 위해 연구되었다. 이를 위해 2000년대 초반부터 2018년까지 조부모 지원 및 교육프로그 램을 개발한 논문 6편과 개발 후 실행하여 효과를 검증한 논문 16편을 분석하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 2002년부터 2018년까지 1~3편으로 꾸준히 발표가 이루어졌으며 2010년 이후에는 프로그램 모형개발 논문이 증가하였다. 둘째, 프로그램 개발 근거는 기존의 부모교육프로그램이나 치료프로그램을 활용한 논문이 많았으며 전문가의 조언을 통해 개발된 프로그램, 조부모의 요구도를 반영한 프로그램도 있었다. 셋째, 프로그램 주제 및 내용은 조부모 역할에 대한 성장 프로그램으로 가족과 지역사회 지원을 활용한 프로그램이 많았으며 조부모의 심리적 불안감 해소를 위한 치료프로그램도 있었다. 넷째, 프로그램 실행과정에서 연구대상은 주로 조손가정의 조모 중심으로 이루어졌으며 교수방법은 강의, 토론, 실습 등 다양한 방법으로 시도되었다. 다섯째, 프로그램 다수가 양적평가와 질적평가로 효과를 검증하였고 효과성에 있어서 대부분조부모 양육효능감에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구는 결과를 통해 손자녀 양육에 도움을 주는 조부모 지원 및 교육프로그램의 발전방향과 과제에 대해 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to develop grand-parents support and education program in the future through reviewing and exploring the trends of research of Korean thesis and journals. To accomplish this purpose, this study analyzed the existing programs published in Korean thesis and journals from 2010 to 2018. Total 22 studies including 6 studies developing the program and 16 studies examining their effects were reviewed. The results were as follows: first, From 2010 to 2018, increasing number of studies have been published in Korean thesis and journals, especially model develop of program was increasing after 2010. Second, most grand-parents support and education programs were based on the parents program or therapy program. Others were developed based on expert s advice and grand-parent s demand. Third, plenty of topics or contents of the programs were about family and community support program to empower grand-parent s role and also, there was some therapy programs to relive their anxiety. Fourth, most subjects of programs were grand-mothers and the many of them were studied by lecture, discussion, lab studies, and etc. Fifth, most programs showed grand parent support-education programs have positive effects on parenting efficacy by both quantitative and qualitative measures. On the results, this study discussed the directions and suggestion for further researches of support and education programs to help grand parents in difficulty of nurturing grandchildren.
