국문 초록

사회과 경제교과는 목표와 내용 측면에서 진로와 밀접한 연관성을 가지고 있으며 진로교육의 중요한 부분을 담당한다. 본 연구는 진로교육에서 경제교과의 역할이 중요하다는 인식 하에 문헌 분석을 활용하여 진로의사결정능력 함양을 위한 경제수업 을 모색하였다. 진로는 삶 속에서 개인이 주도적으로 만들어가는 것이라는 관점에 주목하고, 그러한 진로 구성적 관점의 의사결정과정의 특징을 바탕으로 다음과 같은 경제수업의 방향을 제시하였다. 첫째, 진로 정체성의 형성 과정에 주목해야 한다. 삶 의 총체로서 진로를 이해하기 위해서는 일과 관련된 자신의 욕구와 가치를 아는 것이 중요하다. 둘째, 진로 구성적 관점에서의 의사결정은 연속적이고 순환된다는 특징을 가지므로, 이를 반영하여 의사결정에서의 합리적 선택을 다루어야 한다. 셋째, 학습자는 자기 이해를 바탕으로 주도적으로 의사결정을 하는 주체로 간주되어야 하며, 교사는 이 과정에서 학습자의 진로를 공동으로 개척하는 역할을 담당해야 한다. 넷째, 수업 방식에 있어서 학습자 개인의 삶과 맥락에 근거한 개별적인 이야기에 중점을 두어야 한다. 학습자들은 진로와 관련된 자신들의 이야기를 자유롭게 하는 과정에서 삶과 경험의 의미를 이해하게 되고, 그들의 진로를 구성하거나 재구성해 나 갈 수 있다.

영문 초록

The economy education domain of Social Studies is closely related to career in goals and content and holds an important place in career education. Recognizing the importance of its roles in career education, this study set out to explore economic education to cultivate career decision-making abilities through literature review. This study focused on the viewpoint that career was to be built continuously in the life of an individual. Based on the career decision-making characteristics of this viewpoint, the study proposed the following directions for economic education: first, a focus should be on the formation process of career identity. It is important for individuals to know their desire and value related to work in order to understand a career as the whole of one s life; second, since a decision-making process is continuous and cyclic from the perspective of career construction, economic education should deal with rational choices in decision-making situations by reflecting it; third, learners should be regarded as subjects that take the lead in their decisions based on self-understanding, and teachers should join in their pioneering efforts to find a career in this process; and finally, economic education should focus on the unique and individual stories of individual earners based on the individual’s life and context in terms of style. Learners are able to understand the meanings of life and experience and construct or reconstruct their career in the process of talking about their stories related to career freely.
