기업교육 강사의 학습참여 동기, 자기효능감, 학습효과성 간의 구조관계

국문 초록

이 연구는 기업교육 강사의 학습참여 동기, 자기효능감, 학습효과성 간 구조적 모형을 설정하고 각 변인 간 직접효과 및 매개효과 규명이 그 목적이다. 연구방법은 기업교육 강사를 대상으로 2018년 11월 1일부터 2018년 11월 30일까지 수집한 설문지 688부를 SPSS 22.0 와 AMOS 22.0 프로그램을 이용·분석 후 그 결과를 활용하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 기업교육 강사의 활동지향형 학습참여 동기는 자기효능감과 학습 효과성에 직접 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났고, 자기효능감은 학습효과성에 부분적으로 매개효과가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 학습지향형 학습참여 동기는 자기효 능감과 학습효과성에 통계적으로 유의하지 않아 매개효과가 없음으로 판단되었다. 셋째, 목표지향형 학습참여 동기도 자기효능감에는 직접 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났으나, 학습효과성에는 통계적으로 유의하지 않아 매개효과 없음으로 판단되었다. 그리고 자기효능감을 매개로 목표지향형 학습동기와 학습효과성 간에는 통계적으로 유의하게 나타남으로 완전 매개효과가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 따라서, 기업교육 강사의 학습효과성 향상 방안으로는 그들의 학습참여 동기가 학습지향성 보다는 활동지향성 임을 감안한 교육프로그램 개발 및 제공과 함께 자기효능감 고취를 위한 학습전략이 요구된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is designed to analyze the structural relationship among learning Motivation, self-efficacy, and learning effectiveness of Corporate Education Instructors and to identify the direct effects and the mediated effects of each variable. Statistical analysis of data collected from 20 December 2017 to 10 January 2018 for 688 corporate education instructors used the SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 22.0 programs. As a major research result, first, the motivation of corporate education instructors to participate in learning activities was directly effective in self-efficacy and learning effectiveness, and it was found that there was a partial mediated effect between learning effects by means of self-efficacy. Second, it was found that the motivation of corporate education instructors was not statistically significant in their self-efficacy and learning effectiveness. Third, it was found that corporate education instructors motivation for learning outcomes was directly effective in self-efficacy, but not statistically significant in their effectiveness. It was found that there was a full-medium potency between target orientation and learning effectiveness by means of self-efficacy. As a result, the method of improving the learning effectiveness of corporate education instructors requires learning strategies to enhance self-efficacy, along with the development and delivery of education programs considering their motivation to participate in learning is activity-oriented rather than learning-oriented.
