국문 초록

본 연구는 모든 학생을 다양성을 가진 개인으로 인식하고 교육하는 통합체육교육 개념정의에 터하여 현장 실천을 위한 대안적 통합체육 교육모델을 개발하는데 목적을 두었다. 대안적 통합체육교육은 첫째, 사회통합을 최종 목적으로 모든 학생이 자신의 개성을 존중받는 조화로운 공동체 실현을 추구한다. 이를 위해 구체적으로 구성원의 소통과 조화, 다양성의 수용과 존중, 평등성의 인식과 보장을 교육 목표로 정하였다. 둘째, 성, 장애, 문화의 차이의 극복뿐 아니라 모든 학생의 통합을 추구한다. 셋째, 신체활동을 통합의 수단으로 한다. 넷째, 교육의 실현을 위한 교수학습방법으로는 모든 학생의 성공 경험을 위한 탐구 중심 수업 및 보편적 학습설계(UDL)를 제시하였다. 마지막으로 대안적 통합체육교육의 실현을 위해 예비교사교육과정 개발 및 현장교사 연수, 코티칭의 실천, 정책 및 재정적 지원을 향후 과제로 제안하였다.

영문 초록

This study aims to suggest the directivity of inclusion physical education which forms the foundation of field practice based on the concept definition of inclusion physical education which perceives all students as an individual having diversity. As the directivity of inclusion physical education, first, this study suggested the pursuit of a harmonious community where all students get the respect for their own personality with social integration as a final goal.Also, concretely, this study set communication and harmony between members, acceptance and respect for diversity, and consciousness and assurance of equality as educational goals. Second, inclusion physical education is in search of not only the conquest of the difference of gender, disability and culture but also the integration of all students for ‘a lot more differentiation.’ Third, inclusion physical education uses physical activity as a means of integration. Fourth, this study suggested exploration-oriented class and universal design of learning(UDL) for all students’ experiences of success as a teaching-learning method for realization of inclusion physical education. Lastly, this study proposed development of pre-school teacher’s curriculum & active teachers’ training, realization of co-teaching, policy & financial support for realization of inclusion physical education as the future task.
