초임 여교사의 수업 모습과 영향요인에 대한 질적 사례 연구

국문 초록

이 연구는 사범대를 갓 졸업한 초임 교사를 대상으로, 그것도 점차 비중이 커지고 있는 여교사를 대상으로 수업의 모습을 알아보고, 과연 수업은 어떻게 진행하고 있는지, 그 수업에 영향을 미친 요인은 무엇인지를 질적 연구를 통해 알아보았다. 연구현장은 수도권의 A 자율형 사립고이며, 주제보자는 미혼의 여교사들로서 화학교사와 중국어교사이다. 자료 수집은 크게 참여관찰과 심층면담, 통합 분석의 세 단계를 거쳤으며 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 초임 여교사의 수업 모습에는 내용의 선택에서는 ‘내 입맛대로’, 내용의 전달에서는 ‘내 방식대로’, 수업 형태의 구성에서는 ‘다양한 활동’ 등 3가지였다. 둘째, 수업에 영향을 미친 요인은 학창시절 교사와 교수, 부임 후 선배교사로부터 보고 배운 것이며 그 다음으로는 수업에서 가르치는 학생들의 반응, 태도 등 학생들이고, 마지막으로 교사 임용 전 교직관련 경험으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 드러난 초임 여교사들의 수업 모습에 대한 결론은 다음과 같다. 초임 여교사는 교단에 선 지 얼마 안 되지만, 열정을 갖고 수업에 임하고 있다. 초임 여교사의 교수 활동에는 학생이 큰 요인으로 작용한다. 수업에 대한 학생들의 태도와 반응, 수업에 대한 피드백이 초임 교사의 수업에 큰 영향을 미친다. 이 연구는 초임 여교사의 수업 모습을 보여 주었다는 것에 의미가 있으며 초임교사를 포함한 교사의 교수활동을 이해하는데 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

The study looked at as a beginning teachers’ teaching style, had just graduated from university recognize teaching style of the woman teachers that continues the growing proportion. There is how class is progressing, and identify factors that affect class by qualitative studies. Field sites is a autonomous private high school in the metropolitan area and informants are a teacher of chemistry and a Chinese language teacher, unmarried. Data collection was largely three steps. 1) informants observation, 2) in-depth interviews, 3) integrated analysis. The research results as follows : First, There are three teaching styles of a newly beginning teachers : the selection of content in class, ‘In my own tastes’, in the delivery of content, ‘in my own way.’ the composition of the instructional form, ‘a wide variety of activities’. Second, the first teaching style as a teacher were class teachers and professors do so when her school days, watch and learn from senior teacher after her inauguration. It was followed by peers such as response and attitude of teaching students in class teachers and impact the last appointment former staff receiving the impact of the relevant experience appeared. Discuss their work about the first term highlighted through the teachers this study as follows : She, but a newly appointed teachers as an amateur in taking the class with a passion. The effects of the student s impact has been a big factor in her first term as a beginning woman teacher. Feedback for specific class on students attitudes about class and reactions to have a profound effect the first job as a teacher of class.
