자연과학계열 대학생의 다양성수용도, 흡수학습역량, 폐기학습역량, 창의성 간의 구조적 관계분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 자연과학계열 대학생의 창의성이 보다 강조되고 있는 가운데 우리나라 자연과학계열 대학생들의 창의성은 타 계열에 비해 낮다고 보고되고 있어 이들의 창의성에 영향을 미치는 변인을 찾고 변인들 간의 구조적 관계를 분석하고자 하였다. 창의성을 증진시킬 수 있는 변인으로 다양성수용도, 흡수학습역량, 폐기학습역량을 선정하여 가설적 연구모형을 검증하였고 흡수학습역량과 폐기학습역량의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 경기도 소재 A대학교의 2015년 1학기 재학생 254명을 대상으로 연구를 실시한 결과, 다양성수용도는 창의성에 직접적인 영향을 미치지 않았으나 흡수학습역량과 폐기학습역량을 매개하여 간접효과가 존재하는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구는 다양성수용도와 흡수학습역량과 폐기학습역량이 자연과학계열 학생들의 창의성을 완전매개함을 실증적으로 밝히고 이를 바탕으로 창의성을 촉진 전략을 제시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 자연과학계열 대학생의 창의성 증진 전략마련에 기초자료를 제공함에 그 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

Developing the creativity talent is emphasized for natural sciences college students to influence positive effects at the national level, it is constantly discussed that cultivating creative talent is important. Therefore, this study aimed to understand the factors to creativity for natural science college students and proposed optimal college-education success criteria. Openness to diversity, absorptive capacity and unlearning capacity were selected as core variables predicting creativity and the structural model among variables was postulated. Concretely, the study focuses on the influence openness to diversity on individual creativity through the mediating effects of absorptive capacity and unlearning capacity. Data from 254 natural science majors at a college in Gyeunggi-do, Korea were collected and analyzed using the structural equation model. As a result, the openness to diversity was shown to indirectly effect the creativity, absorptive capacity and unlearning capacity show complete mediating effects between openness to diversity and creativity. Major influencing variables on the creativity of natural science college students were identified through this research, and ways to improve college students creativity were proposed.
