부모양육태도 차이가 청소년의 자신감과 불안 및 공격성에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 부모양육태도 차이가 청소년의 자신감과 불안, 공격성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 분석하여, 부모양육태도 일치성이 자녀의 심리·정서적 안정과 미래 사회인으로 성장하는 데 있어 매우 중요한 요인인가를 분석고자 하였다. 본 연구는 2014 년 2월부터 1개월간 342명의 자료를 수집하여 현 시점에서 재분석하였으며, 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 부모양육태도 차이가 클수록 청소년의 자신감이 저하된다는 것을 확인하였다. 부모양육태도 차이는 자녀의 심리적 위축과 정서적 불균형을 초래하여 심리적 발달을 저해할 수 있다. 둘째, 부모양육태도 차이는 청소년의 불안과 공격성을 가중시키는 요인임을 확인하였다. 부모양육태도 차이는 청소년에 게 스트레스를 일으키는 원인으로 작용하여 우울이나 불안정한 심리상태를 가중시켜 공격성과 같은 문제행동의 원인이 된다. 셋째, 청소년의 자신감은 불안과 공격성 을 감소시키는 요인임을 확인하였다. 이는 부모가 자녀를 양육하는데 있어 양육태도의 일관성이 자녀의 심리적 발달과 문제행동을 감소시키는데 매우 중요한 요인임을 보여주고 있다. 따라서 부모는 의견일치를 통한 일관성 있는 자녀양육을 통하여 자녀로 하여금 안정적인 심리적 상태를 견지할 수 있는 환경조성에 노력해야 한다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to make clear that the consistency of the parenting attitude would be a very important factor in children s emotional and psychological stability and in their growth as social member. For this purpose, it attempted to analyze how a difference in parenting attitude might have an effect on adolescents self-confidence, anxiety and aggressiveness. It attempted to elicit the following findings through analysis of data on 342 persons: First, it was found that a higher difference in parenting attitude lowered adolescents self-confidence. A difference in parenting attitude may cause children s psychological shrinkage and emotional unbalance, lowering their psychological development. Second, it was found that a difference in parenting attitude contributed to increasing adolescents anxiety and aggressiveness. A difference in parenting attitude acts as the cause for adolescents to be stressful. contributing to increasing depression or unstable mentality and to having problematic behaviors such as aggressiveness. Third, it was found that adolescents self-confidence contributed to decreasing their anxiety and aggressiveness. Self-confidence has a positive effect on inhibiting problematic behaviors by controlling the situation of feeling stressful and threatening and inhibiting problematic behaviors for it acts as the positive emotion for goal attainment. Accordingly, parents should make efforts to foster the environment for their children to be able to maintain their stable mentality through consistent parenting based on consensus between them.
