간호대학생의 공감피로, 자아탄력성 및 임상실습관련 자기효능감이 임상실습스트레스에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

간호대학생의 임상실습은 간호학 특성상 중요하여 필수적으로 이수해야 하나 많은 간호학생들이 임상실습 스트레스를 지각하고 있다. 임상실습 스트레스는 임상실습에 대한 흥미 저하와 함께 신체적, 정신적 건강문제 뿐 아니라 전공 포기까지 할 수 있어 이를 파악하고 감소시키는 일은 성공적인 간호전문직을 위한 필수조건이므로 영향요인을 규명하는 것은 매우 중요하다. 본 연구는 간호대학생의 임상실습 스트레스와 공감피로, 자아탄력성, 임상실습관련 자기효능감과의 관계 및 주요 요인를 확인하기 위해 시도되었다. 연구방법은 서술적 상관관계 분석연구로 2016년 9월 11일부터 10월 13일까지 서울시에 거주하는 간호대학생 182명을 조사하여 후진제거법회귀분석을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 임상실습 스트레스에는 학년, 임상실습 만족도, 주거형태, 간호학전공만족도에 따라 차이가 있었으며 공감피로, 임상실습관련 자기효능감과 유의한 상관관계가 있었다. 임상실습 스트레스에 영향을 주는 유의한 변수로는 임상실습만족도, 공감피로, 주거형태, 학년이었으며 이 변수들은 임상실습 스트레스를 31.5% 설명하였고 이 중 임상실습만족도가 가장 영향력이 큰 변수임을 확인하였다. 따라서 임상실습스트레스를 감소시키기 위해서는 임상실습 만족도를 증가시키고 공감피로를 감소시키는 프로그램을 개발, 적용하면서 주거형태와 학년 특성에 대해 고려하는 전략이 강구되어야 하겠다.

영문 초록

Despite the importance of clinical practice has always been emphasized, many nursing students are stressed by it. As the stress can cause serious issues such as mental stress, physical disfunction and lost interest in clinical practice, which can be reasons to stop the practice, it is crucial to find reasons for the stress and ways to relieve it for training successful nurses. This research is to find the effect of compassion fatigue, ego resilience, clinical practice self efficacy on clinical practice stress. This research used descriptive correlation analysis study, based on backward regression analysis of survey of 182 clinical nursing students reside in Seoul for 2016.09.11. to 2016.10.13. According to the result based on the study, the intensity of stress varied by the grade, type of residence, satisfaction of clinical practice and satisfaction of the nursing major; and more, there is significance correlation between compassion fatigue and self efficacy. Compassion fatigue, satisfaction of the clinical practice , grade and the type of residence are the variable those effect on the clinical practice stress which explained 31.5% of the total stress. Because the satisfaction of the clinical practice turned to the major variable, the stress relieving program must focus on increasing the satisfaction and decreasing the compassion fatigue of the nursing students while considering the grade of nursing students and type of residence.
