중학생의 사회적 지지, 사회적 자본, 긍정심리자본의 학교 부적응에 대한 영향 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 중학생이 인식하는 사회적 지지, 사회적 자본, 긍정심리자본이 학교 부적응에 미치는 영향력을 확인하고자 하는 목적으로 수행되었다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 서울시에 거주하는 중학생 250명을 대상으로 2017년 6월 5일부터 3주간 설문을 실시하였다. 연구문제를 규명하기 위하여 빈도분석, 신뢰성검증, 상관분석,기술통계 분석, 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과는 첫째, 관련 변인의 수준분석 결과 사회적 지지, 긍정심리자본, 사회적 자본, 학교 부적응의 순서로 조사되었 다. 둘째, 중학생이 인식하는 학교 부적응에 미치는 영향력을 확인한 결과 사회적 지지는 학교 부적응에 33.2%의 설명력을 가지며, 사회적 지지와 사회적 자본은 37.4%로 증가되었으며, 사회적 지지, 사회적 자본, 긍정심리자본은 39.3%로 증가하여 나타났다. 중학생의 학교생활부적응을 예방하고 줄일 수 있는 방법 중 사회적 지지가 다른 잠재변인들보다 강력한 영향력을 나타내보였다는 것과 친구로부터의 긍정적인지지 형성이 요구되었음을 밝혔다. 본 연구는 청소년의 학교부적응에 영향을 미치는 요인을 개인, 가정, 학교, 사회 등 통합적으로 규명하였다는 점에서 그 의의가 있었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of social support, social capital, and positive psychological capital on school maladjustment in Middle School Students. In order to achieve the purpose of the study, the survey of 250 middle school students residing in Seoul were conducted for three weeks starting June 5th, 2017. Frequency analysis, reliability verification, correlation analysis, descriptive statistics analysis, and hierarchical analysis were conducted to determine research problems. The results of the study are as follows; first, the level of analysis of related variables was examined social support, positive psychological capital, social capital, and school maladjustment. Second, as a result of impact on school maladjustment that middle school students perceive, social support has an explanatory power to be 33.2% in school maladjustment, social support and social capital increased to 37.4%, and social support, social capital, and positive psychological capital increased to 39.3%. Specifically, social support for preventing and reducing maladjustment in middle school has demonstrated stronger influence than other latent variables, and friends of social support system have an important role. Next, positive correlation between social capital and school maladjustment seems to be a result of diverse social needs of adolescent these days. This study was meaningful in that the factors affecting the school maladjustment of adolescents were identified in an integrated way by individual, family, school, and society.
