국문 초록

본 연구는 대학생이 지각한 긍정심리자본과 진로적응력의 관계에서 진로의사결정자기효능감과 결과기대의 매개효과를 살펴보는데 주된 목적이 있는 실증적 조사연구이다. 이를 위하여 2017년 8월에 시작하여 2주간 동안 충북 C시에 소재한 A대학 교 학생 341명을 대상으로 하여 긍정심리자본 척도, 진로적응력 척도, 진로의사결정자기효능감 척도, 결과기대 척도에 대한 설문을 실시하였다. 긍정심리자본, 진로적응력, 진로의사결정 자기효능감, 결과기대의 관계를 알아보기 위해 상관분석을 하였으며, 진로의사결정 자기효능감과 결과기대의 매개효과를 알아보기 위하여 Baron과 Kenny(1986)가 제안한 매개효과 분석단계에 따라 순차적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 긍정심리자본, 진로적응력, 진로의사결정 자기효능감, 결과기대는 유의미한 상관이 있었다. 둘째, 진로의사결정 자기효능감과 결과기대는 대학생의 긍정심리자본과 진로적응력의 관계에서 부분 매개효과가 있었다. 본 연구를 통해 효율적인 대학생의 진로적응력의 개발을 위한 진로교육 및 진로상담 프로그램개발에 필요한 기초자료를 제공할 수 있다는 점에서 커다란 의의를 갖는다.

영문 초록

This study was aimed to examine the mediating effects of Positive Psychological Capital and Career Adaptability in Relationships between Career decision-making self-efficacy and Result expectation of undergraduate students. In order to achieve the purpose of this research. The subjects were 341 students from B College students located in Cheongju. Instruments used in the study were as follows: Positive Psychological Capital Scale, Career Adaptability Scale, Career decision-making self -efficacy Scale, Result expectation. Based on the results of this study, the major findings were as follows: First, there were statistically significant correlation among in Positive Psychological Capital, Career Adaptability, Career decision-making self-efficacy, Result expectation. Second, there was partial mediation function effect of Career decision-making self -efficacy in the relationship between Positive Psychological Capital and Career Adaptability. Third, there was partial mediation function effect of Result expectation in the relationship between Positive Psychological Capital and Career Adaptability of undergraduate students.
