평생교육 강사의 경력별 교육요구도 우선순위 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 평생교육 강사의 경력에 따라 역량 중심의 교육요구의 우선순위가 어떻게 다르게 나타나는지 분석하기 위해 실시되었다. 대전 지역의 평생교육 강사를 대상으로 2017년 6월 14일부터 30일까지 조사를 실시하여, 132명의 응답지를 회수하 고 SPSS 24.0 프로그램으로 t 검정, Borich 요구도 분석 The Locus for Focus 모델분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 전반적으로는 ‘교수 설계’와 ‘분야 전문성’, ‘교수(teaching) 에 대한 교육요구도가 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 강사 경력이 높아지면 서 ‘교수 설계’와 ‘교수학습진행’ 역량에 대한 교육요구도가 높아진 것으로 나타났고, 매 시기마다 꾸준하게 우선순위가 높은 역량은 ‘분야 전문성’으로 나타났다. 반면, ‘목표 달성도 확인’에 대한 우순순위는 매우 낮게 나타나 이에 대한 개선이 필요함을 제시하였다. 향후에는 강사 경력 외 소속 기관, 학습 영역 등 다양한 배경에 따른 교육요구도 우선순위의 차이를 규명하는 연구를 제안한다

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze how the priorities of competence education needs differ according to the career of lifelong education instructors . 132 questionnaires of lifelong education instructors in Daejeon area were recalled. The analysis of the t-test and Borich needs analysis and the Locus for Focus model were conducted with the SPSS 24.0 program. As a result, overall, teaching design , field expertise and teaching were the most demanded. As the career of the instructor increased, the need for education on instructional design and teaching and learning progress competency increased. Regardless of their career experience, competencies with a consistently high priority appeared to be field expertise . On the other hand, the ranking of goal achievement is very low, suggesting that it needs improvement. In the future, I propose a study to clarify the difference in priority of educational needs according to various backgrounds such as organization and learning subject.
