아동의 유창성과 주 양육자의 구어적 상호작용에 대한 선행연구 분석

국문 초록

아동들의 말더듬은 생리적 요인, 심리사회적 요인, 심리언어적 요인, 신체 및 발달, 환경들이 복합 적으로 작용한다. 특히 아동들의 말더듬은 부모의 구어적 상호작용에 따라 다른 양상을 보인다. 이에 부모와 아동간의 구어적 상호교류 형태를 파악하고 가정의 구어 환경을 개선하여 아동에게 의사소통 압박이 될 수 있는 구어적 상호작용을 변화시켜주는 것이 중요하다. 말더듬는 아동의 부모들은 말의 빠른 속도, 빠르게 진행되는 대화, 아동의 말에 끼어들기, 개방형 질문의 잦은 사용, 비판적인 말, 빈번하게 잘못을 지적하거나 고쳐주는 행동, 아동의 말을 듣는 동안 적절하지 않는 태도, 아동의 수준을 훨씬 넘는 낱말이나 복잡한 문장의 사용 등의 구어적 상호교류 형태를 보였다. 아동의 유창성을 증진시키기 위해 칭찬과 격려, 말을 더 느리게 하거나 구어적 상호교류 형태를 개선할 수 있도록 유도한 연구를 통해 아동이 유창하게 말을 하도록 도울 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 부모와 아동의 의사소통 상호작용에서 부모의 구어적 상호작용이 아동의 유창성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보는데 의의가 있으며, 향후 부모의 올바른 구어적 상호작용 프로그램 개발의 기초자료로 사용될수 있다는 점에서 의의를 가진다.

영문 초록

Stuttering in children is a combination of physiological factors, psycho - social factors, psycho -linguistic factors, body and development, and environment. In particular, children s stuttering has different characteristics depending on the verbal interaction of the parents. Therefore important to understand the dialogue interactions between parents and children and to improve the family s speaking environment in order to change the verbal interactions that can be the communication pressure of the child. The parents of stuttering children showed verbal interactions of the rapid speed of speech, rapid conversation, interrupting children s speech, frequent use of open questions, critical speech, frequently correcting mistakes, inappropriate attitudes while listening to the child s speech, use of words or complex sentences well beyond the child s level. Studies have shown that children can speak fluently by encouraging praise and speech to improve the fluency of the child or to improve the form of verbal interaction. This study is meaningful to investigate how the verbal interaction of the parents influences the fluency of the children in the communication interaction of the parent and the child. And can be used as a basic data for the development of the correct verbal interaction program of the parents.
