국문 초록

본 연구는 안전리더가 지각한 아동인권 의식 및 성폭력 예방교육에 대한 요구도 연구이다. 본 연구의 목적은 안전리더가 아동 성폭력 예방교육 강사과정을 참여하고 안전교육 실시 전과 후에 아동 인권 의식 및 아동 성폭력 예방교육에 대한 요구 및 필요성을 분석하여 차후 관련 교육프로그램을 개발하고 실시하기 위한 기초 자료를 제공하고자 한다. 연구 문제는 아동인권에 대한 의식 및 성폭력 예방교육 내용 요구도 및 인식은 어떠한가? 본 연구절차는 2016년 10월 18일부터 11월 12일까지 6회 기(회기별 90분) 총 9시간을 실시하였다. 아동성폭력예방교육 안전리더 강사 집단교육 실시 전에 사전 설문지와 교육 실시 후 사후설문지를 조사하였다. 연구대상은 S시 지정 안전리더 14명(남: 3명, 여: 11 명)으로 아동인권 의식 및 성폭력예방교육에 참여한 안전리더이다. 연구결과 안전리더가 인식하고 있는 아동인권 의식 및 아동성폭력예방 교육에 대한 안전교육을 받고 난 후 안전예방교육에 대한 인식이 매우 증가하였다. 아동권리 의식은 공동체에서 타인과 나의 인권을 동시에 보호할 수 있는 기제이 다. 따라서, 아동성폭력의 문제가 심각한 사회문제로 부각되고 있으므로 신체적 저항능력이 부족한 아동을 대상으로 이루어지는 성범죄를 보다 적극적으로 예방하고 대처할 수 있는 방안을 마련하는데 의의가 있다고 할 수 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the needs of children s awareness of human rights and prevention of sexual violence perceived by safety leaders. The purpose of this study is to analyze the needs and necessity of children s human rights consciousness and child sexual abuse prevention education before and after safety education. What is the research question on the awareness of child rights and the need for and awareness of sexual violence prevention education contents? This study was conducted from October 18, 2016 to November 12, for 6 sessions (90 minutes per session) for a total of 9 hours. Pre -questionnaire and post - questionnaire surveys were conducted prior to the implementation of group leader education. The subjects of this study were safety leaders who participated in children s human rights consciousness and sexual violence prevention education with 14 designated safety leaders (male: 3, female:11). As a result of this study, the awareness of safety education about safety education was increased after receiving safety awareness of children s human rights consciousness and child sexual violence prevention education recognized by safety leaders. Children s rights awareness is a mechanism that can simultaneously protect others and my human rights in the community. Therefore, the problem of child sexual abuse is becoming a serious social problem, so it can be said that it is meaningful to prepare a plan to actively prevent and cope with sex crimes against children who have insufficient physical resistance ability.
